The app will include news, social media connections for the hotel, maps and locations, music from the bar, a hotel management game, virtual tours of rooms and facilities, purchases of items from the hotel, live chat support, booking capabilities, and links to partner businesses. While no single app offers all of these services, some apps from hotels like Shangri-La and Royal Riviera provide elements like maps, news, offers, photos and videos, leisure activities and event calendars.
