Digipak cover ideas and inspiration

Album mood board
Album cover inspirations
Oasis – What’s The Story
Morning Glory
Arctic Monkeys – Whatever
people say I am, that’s what
I’m not
The Lumineers – Tracks from the
attic
The three albums I have chosen to draw ideas from all have one
individual particular element that I like. The Oasis album I
particularly like for the urban look of the cover which shows an
English street, I will look to use pictures similar to this in my own
album creation. The Arctic Monkeys album cover I like because
of the monochrome design, the simplistic black and white colour
scheme is something I will mimic when designing my own
digipak. Finally the Lumineers album cover is a very simple
design and while I am not a fan of the plain white background I
like how the name of the band and the name of the album is
styled on the digipak both for how the band and album name are
twinned next to each other and for the font style that is used.
