The inside panels continue the purple and pale color scheme, showing the interior of the Royal Albert Hall rather than photos of the band, which is more common for indie rock than pop or hip-hop. The back cover features the tracklisting in the same purple, pink, and white color scheme, using dots again for bullet points to create repetition and cohesion.

2. Front Cover
The album cover for this live album by
The Killers shows a starry desert which is
to reflect how the band are all from Las
Vegas, Nevada which is a desert State.
This part of the artwork is illustrated
through a collection of neon dots, which
is a unique and abstract art style which is
very well suited to the Indie Rock genre.
In the foreground of the artwork is a
purple-tinted image of the Royal Albert
Hall where the CD was recorded. This is
relevant because it is evidence of the
purple/pink colour scheme which is
throughout the whole Digipak including
the artwork, CD’s and fonts.
Throughout The Killers’ discogaphy there
is a visual theme of this art style with
their logo being written in dots, as well as
their 2008 album “Day & Age” having
artwork in a similar style. This is
important and effective for the band
when they are creating a consistent image
for both aesthetic and marketing
purposes.

3. Inside Panels
The inside panels of this Digipak continue the colour scheme of the overall Digipak
with the CD’s both being pale and purple as with the font and design on the front
and back covers. In addition to this all three middle panels show the interior of the
Royal Albert Hall with some seats and a balcony on show. This is once again
repeating from the front cover by displaying the venue rather than the audience or
the band. As with all of the Digipaks I have analysed, this design opts against
showing photos of the band, which is far more of a pop or hip-hop music
convention than an Indie Rock one.

4. Back Cover
The back cover of the Digipak
features plenty of information
about the tracklisting for both
the CD and the DVD which are
both included in the package.
As there is very little room left
for artwork due to the large
amount of product information
shown, there is not much I am
able to analyse. However it is
interesting that the colour
scheme is yet again purple,
pink and white. In addition to
this the band have used the
dots which are used on the
front cover to act as bullet
points on this back cover. This
creates a repetitive and
cohesive visual to the product.
