Honest Reviews of Tim Han LMA Course Program.pptxtimhan337
Personal development courses are widely available today, with each one promising life-changing outcomes. Tim Han’s Life Mastery Achievers (LMA) Course has drawn a lot of interest. In addition to offering my frank assessment of Success Insider’s LMA Course, this piece examines the course’s effects via a variety of Tim Han LMA course reviews and Success Insider comments.
Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

Embracing GenAI - A Strategic ImperativePeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
1. The first day of production I focused on getting my
first background complete. I set a base for how it
would look to the player and gave myself different
depths to work with.
After getting the room depth complete I
experimented with different vents to put on the wall.
After 3 different inner and outer patterns, I decided
on a pattern and laid it out along the wall.
I also look at different brushes and thought about
other ways to increase the rooms depth but realised I
wouldn’t have enough time
In the final hours of the day I created a light that
would illuminated the rooms and people within them.
The main reason to do this was to try get some
additional shading in my image.
2. The next day I started creating the rays of light that
would shine across the room. After using different
opacities to create the light, I then gave the room little
bit of detail on the back wall b giving it indents for
potential windows.
I then added details to the wall making it look like small
indentations like armour or something similar.
Additionally, I fixed the light to reflect around the light
shade. This makes the light more realistic.
Finally, I added shading to the holes giving the player a
visible feel of how deep they were and to give the
player and understanding of how shadows would work
to lighting in the game.
3. When creating the H.U.D of the game I slowly built it up to suit what I planned to add to the
game. I tried to include everything that the final product would have, but didn’t intend to
show the items screen since it would take a lot of time I don’t have. I left space beneath the
energy bar in case I wanted to add a money system to it in the future or something similar
like a skills menu.
4. The second week I started my character design. I wanted a
character that showed strength and looked like a strong
leader. I might put some form of core in the centre of his suit
to make him look powerful and to be feared.
5. In the end, I chose to make a symbol that would represent his unit and show he’s leading
since he’s got it in the centre of his chest. I also started to build up the rest of his body so I
have a rough outline of what he could look like, this makes it easier to edit over the next
two days
6. When building the suit, I chose to have a similar
style to medieval knights. I wanted to show it’s
powered though so I added the blue crystal
(crystal to be named)
I also created the weapons that he would use
being a revolver and katana.
7. The character now named Karma the suits now complete. I did add a small core around the
abs with some ammo pouches. The arms also have a skin suit showing to make it easier to
animate and move them. Additionally, I made a side view of karma and switched the colour
scheme around to create my enemies of karma. Reason I made the armor the same is
because of lore I made around karma he’s just a rebel thus not having red crystal
8. I made a main menu today since I had many names in my head and finally wanted to create
something to go with them. I ended up choosing “Karma and the new rebellion” This made
me feel like my project was coming together and gave me a boost in confidence to push
forward in my project.
9. I created my second character over the weekend and created this character selection menu
or the game. I have four characters with designs and lore but only ave enough time for two
completed at their best.
10. Today I created a helicopter door to make it feel like you were scouting an area whilst
hovering around it. The door moves to the right to show the area clearer. I also have some
bullet holes in the windows which you can see though better than the window since it’s
tinted white.
11. After completing a helicopter yesterday, I thought my characters would need to be able to
see the stages more easily. This telescope would close and open again with a more zoomed
image of the stage they’re looking at.
12. I created the first look of the outside of the base today. Making use of the helicopter looking
towards it. I wanted it to look like it went into the mountain but that didn’t work too well.
The waves also move back and forth to give the ocean some motion.
13. I created my second and third area of my stage today. Since it was similar to the first it was
too long but I had to add different attacks to the H.U.D since it’d be a different character
fighting during this area. The light is also turned off in the first image since that’s how the
character can get into the area.
14. This week I focused on making the fourth area. I created fences with shields since I thought
it was unique and would be a strong resistance to intruders and left barbed wire on top for
the more modern look. Inside I added some lights and made different layers to the building
to show the height change.
15. During this week and half term, I created my main boss along with the fifth and final area of
my stage. I originally wanted Karma to turn into his wolf form to beat him but if creating one
massive monster took a whole term I won’t be able to make a second. I added the end to
the fence and a watch tower from the original mountain image. The forest isn’t as good as I
wanted it. This will be something I’ll have to improve over the summer along with
background creation in general.
16. With some spare time over my weekend I created a quick loading menu to show the speed
you should be able to load levels. If I had more time I’d try to make a nice background
behind karma to show that it’s not to plain.
In the end of my project I wish I could’ve created the few manga pages I intended to make
since it wold explain the situation the characters are in a lot better.
