- 2. GES (Global ExperienceSpecialists) are a global exhibitions services company that have their HQ in Nevada and their European HQ in Amsterdamn. They supply anything needed for exhibitions and in my case, graphic design. Anything from bespoke stands to directional signage on many materials. Within GES I have worked on many varied designs, usually several projects in progress at the same time. I have worked on re-creating company logos, extracting content from pdf files, creating branding, packaging, company stands and designing clear and functional signage to name a few. The examples of my work to the right are just a few examples of such a large range. Most designs have to be for large format printing so quality is imperative and therefore I have had to have a great understanding of many file types and the best ways to use them.
- 3. A4Area Over the lastfew years I have worked on many files like the ones shown here. This is for a POS shelving unit, the advertising was set by the silicon tube company but I had designed the cut paths and folds to create the unit itself (along with guidelines for the company to follow when they applied the artwork). In essence this is the template of the structure and these have ranged from shelving units to 4m high tower units, from a-frames to fully functional desks. When they came to me the company was still finding its brand so I had created this brochure taking samples from their old logo and modernising it. - 5. Plantation is abrand of Limited Edition London which is distributed to 5 star hotels around the world. These products have tnow been made available to the public via the website www.limitededitionlondon.com The scents of the brand are all based on herbal teas so there is a subtle nod to this by the prominent ‘T’ in the logo. Kept to a classic, minimalistic look the design looks very clean, stylish and elegant which reflects the hotels in which you will find these products. All the package designs were created using Adobe Illustrator whilst the website photographs were tweaked using Photoshop
