     Melissa supports with mid to senior level hires within a variety of leading corporate and
     financial PR agencies and in-house corporate communications team in the financial services
     sector.

    She has a wealth of HR, PR and corporate communications recruitment experience. She
    started her career in PR before moving into recruitment, working in both agency and in-
    house. She was the Recruitment Manager for Brunswick for nearly four years, primarily
    responsible for resourcing at director level and below, in the UK and internationally.

     Charles works across all branches of healthcare communications (ethical, consumer and
     medical education) focussing on candidates at the mid to senior level. He holds strong

     communications teams in the sector.

     He has a solid background in recruitment having worked for both global and boutique
     consultancies where he focused on senior level placements on both a contingency and
     retained basis.

     Tarasyn focuses on supporting account executives, account managers and press officers to

     Tarasyn was formerly a research analyst at a leading market research agency handling
     reports for Blue Chip companies. She holds a degree in Politics and Sociology from the
     University of Exeter and whilst studying held internships at ‘Bell Pottinger’ and in
     Government.
