 Our targeted approach gives you access to candidates who are not openly on the market for employment and
 that are tailored to your specific needs. As a Solution Led Provider we give you full control over the sourcing
 process, from 3 main areas (database– advert – search) we source and select only the candidates that satisfy
 your requirements thus reducing the investment of time from you on each recruitment project.

 Each project undertaken is treated with the highest level of discretion and professionalism without
 compromising the level of service that we deliver. It is for this reason that we only choose to work with a select
 few clients at any one time, which means that we can deliver on our word as promised ... forging a true
 business partnership with every client.

 We offer two recruitment project options depending on the breadth of requirement. This can either be a
 contingent recruitment campaign or a more discrete head-hunt.

 Every candidate that is approached by one of professionals is screened thoroughly to assess suitability to the
 role. Once this is ascertained and they have confirmed interest only then will the details be introduced to the
 client. Providing that the client can meet the candidates for the interview process in a reasonable time frame
 there is no reason that a candidate cannot be offered a role (once references have been taken) in 4 weeks of
 originally discussing the recruitment mandate.
