· Move Exterran from a decentralized purchasing organization to a centralized
purchasing organization for the procurement of un-planned material and services.
· Started up two Operation Service Centers for supporting ten business units in the
US. This included hiring and training staff.
· In 2014 the OSC’s processed over 200K of line items, resulting in the creation of
more than 80K purchase orders. Ninety-two percent of these were completed in
less than one hour.

North American Hydraulic Excavator (NAHEX) facility in Victoria, TX

implementation of SAP (ERP), this includes working with Corporate Quality to
integrate corporate supplier quality systems with SAP.
· Responsible for developing and implementing standard work for the purchasing
organization. Worked with GP Category Fabrication Purchasing to define and
implement strategy for supporting NAHEX from a Total Cost of Ownership. This
