Key Project Management:
• Conducted time studies on the company’s Fairfield final assembly manufacturing process;
used study findings and basic lean principals to create the first true flow in the company
• Formalized programs and established Kan Bans in the lead assembly area for on-time delivery
and overtime reduction
• Reorganized the layout of the Fairfield final assembly at the Carlisle building to increase
productivity by 50% and eliminated the need for a 2nd
shift assembly.
