schedule and researched the reasons to re-align dates for successful contract delivery.
♦ Monitored planning data in the ERP system to ensure proper MRP processing on a
nightly basis, and resolution of Error messages in the MRP Processing Logs.
♦ Implemented new templates for the creation of Engineering Bill of Operations to
minimize time and keystrokes required to add BOO to jobs in the ERP system.
♦ Evolved into the Subject Matter Expert for the Epicor 9 ERP system, entertaining and
resolving questions pertaining to the flow of data into the ERP system and the analysis of
data from the ERP system.

Order Suggestion NOT generated? Delved deeply into understanding MRP planning
parameters and the interactions of multiple parameters.
♦ Key contributor to focused Team to re-vamp ERP system processes, working with
external consultant groups to synergize improvements in processing of Sales Orders from
Receipt of Order to Receipt of Cash. Again, became subject matter expert in many areas
of the ERP system, especially relating to the scheduling of jobs and the processing of
MRP.
♦ Instrumental in maintaining system integrity when transferring manufacturing work from
plant to plant due to capacity issues or due to one of the 4 plant closures over the past 4
years.
♦ Re-vamped process of completing and closing manufacturing jobs in system, training key
people in proper sequencing of transactions and developing tools to monitor status of
each group of transactions.

resources required and set production dates. Communicate with production, sales,
management, and shipping regarding status of most orders.
♦ Regularly re-evaluate and re-load updated forecast figures to drive all resource
requirements.
♦ Reduced lead times for customer shipments from 6-8 weeks down to 1-2 weeks.
♦ Established SKUs to reduce lead times for our highly repetitious, high-volume, customers
♦ Streamlines final assembly schedule to include customer order information to allow for
grouping of orders in the shipping warehouse and thus drastically reducing the time
required to load trailers.
♦ Instrumental in identifying and correcting discrepant planning parameters leading to more
accurate MRP data.
♦ Established new lot sizing and minimum inventory levels for SKUs and sub assemblies to
provide increased accuracies and efficiencies in the procurement and assembly processes.
♦ Self taught the programming process for the embossing machine used to stamp
identification plates for each unit. Re-programmed machine when hard drive
malfunctioned and back up program was not available.
