Working as HOD ( PPC , Store and Logistics ) in Mindarika Pvt. Ltd., Pune, a UNO Minda group of company.
UNO Minda group is one of the Top Indian Company having more than 40 manufacturing units in more than 17
locations in India and @ 7 in Overseas with turnover of @ 7000 Cr.
M/S Mindarika, a Joint venture company of UNO Minda group and M/S Tokai Rika, Japan having 3 plants in
India, with Head office at Manesar. Mindarika a Leading manufacture of 4 Wheelers Switches like Steering
Column Swathes, Power window Switches, Control Panel Switches, Audio Cruise Switches, Door Switches,
Brake Switches, Cigar lighter switches, etc. supplying to almost all the OEMs in India and also Exporting to
VW and TDVC.
Responsibilities and Assignments:-
PPC, Store and Logistics.:-
o Lead the team to achieve the Monthly, Weekly and Daily Production targets.
o Involve and push all the team including Assy, Molding Shop and Press shop to achieve 100% Delivery
Performance for all the Customers.
o Co-ordinate with Purchase, Marketing , NPC and SQA for day to day activities.
o Lead the Daily DWM meeting from manufacturing side to track the Production Performance, Line
Losses, and also the Actions on Customers complaints, etc.

2. o Monitor the Supplier performance against “Daily E-Kanban” (Kanban through SAP) and push the
supplier to achieve 100% delivery performance.
o Heading the team for Supplier ASN portal implementation activity.
o Lead the team from front to implement the Kanban and Bar Code System across the plant in all
departments including our supplier.
o Maintain the Min/ Max Level of all the child parts including imported parts in Main store location to
Run all the Production lines without any interruptions.
o Achieved 100% results in “Physical Inventory Counting through Barcode scanning” –
“Bench marked this activity across the UNO Minda Group”.
o Monitor the actions to control the Inventory No of days Targets against Budgeted Targets on monthly
basis.
o Lead the team to achieve the departmental other targets like Hourly Line feeding through Kanban, Assy
Line loss Hrs , Molding machine Loss Hrs, Over Time, and other Inventory targets, etc.
o Emphasize Maximum usage of SAP and track the SAP Indicators like COGI, No of MRP Runs, GRN
and Gate Entry Cancellations, Production Orders Teco, Open Production Orders, etc.
o Control the Logistics costs (Regular Outbound + Premium freights) with in the targets by tracking the
major Customer End stocks and also Warehouse stocks on daily basis.
o Drive the team to participate in all the CFT activities, Improvement Projects, Kaizens, TPM &
Trainings,
Achievements and Awards – :
o Won FIRST Prize in the Group Level BEST Convention in the Office CFT category for
“Barcode implementation at Material gate and Store”
o Kanban system introduced across the plant.- No any movement without Kanban cards.
o Introduced Supplier Bar code system to achieve Zero human error during Gate entry.

Worked as Lead– Production Planning & Control (Lead PPC and Logistics) in MP&L department
with M/s Cosma International India Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned operating unit of an American MNC
Magna International. Magna has 317 Manufacturing operations and 83 Product development and
Engineering centers in over 29 countries,

Material Planning and Logistics (MP&L)
Led the SAP implementation activity from PPC side.
Master Data creation, BOM and Routing creation, etc.

Worked as Dy.Manager – Production Planning & Control (PPC) and LEAN Management with
M/s INA Bearings India Pvt. Ltd., a 100 % owned company of German MNC Schaeffler Group. With
an annual turnover of over 13 Billion Euros, and plants and operations in over 130 countries,.
Schaeffler Group is a global leader in manufacturing of precision engineering components like Needle
Roller Bearings and Engine Components.
Responsibilities and Assignments:
PPC:
Worked on SAP R3 PP and MM Modules for all the Planning activities
Preparation of Monthly and Weekly Production Plans –
For Assy Lines, Press parts, CNC Machined parts and Injection Molded parts.
Monthly Machine Schedule, Manpower Planning/Shift Planning
Tracking of the F.G against the Dispatch/Sales plan.
Maintaining the Daily Production Credit (PCR) against the monthly targets.
Lead the Production performance meetings and track the results.
