Need of rice transplanting machine is growing nowadays because of unique feature seeding in well sequence and well manners. This will save too much efforts of human being. Class of people who uses this kind of machine is farmers and they are having poor economic background. To feed growing population is a huge challenge. Importation of rice will lead to drain out the economy of the country. Mechanization of paddy sector will lead to higher productivity with releasing of work force to other sectors. The objective of this project is to design a paddy transplanting mechanism to transplant paddy seedling by small scale farmers in the country. Hence, this is considered as an activity that needed mechanization. For mechanization the modeling and simulation evaluated for hand operated rice seeding machine, which is help the farmers to planting more and more amount of rice in good quality with low energy consumption and less harm to the environment. India is predominately an agricultural country with rice as one of its main food crop. It Produce about 80 million tons rice annually which is about 22% of the world rice production. Culturally transplanting of young seeding is preferred over direct seeding for better yield and better crop management practice. But this operation requires large amount of manpower (about 400 Man-Hour/ha) and task is very laborious involving working in stopping posture and moving in muddy field.

In spite of the common belief of availability of surplus agricultural labour in India, there actually exists a scarcity of skilled agricultural workers during the peak transplanting seasons. If this operation is not done in time the yield goes down. In view of this, there is an urgent need to mechanize this operation. The rice translation process is generally manual which involves number of labour. The process of manual rice transplantation is not so efficient as compared to the mechanical rice transplantation. Machine transplanting using rice transplanter requires considerably less time and labour than manual transplanting. It increases the approximate area that a person can plant. Design and Prototype Development of Hybrid Ploughing, Seeding and Fertilizing...ijceronline
This research work mainly focuses on design and prototype development of hybrid ploughing, seeding and fertilizing machine for typical Ethiopian farmers. In Ethiopia, the major tasks of farming include; ploughing, seeding and fertilizing. Since thousands of years until now the farming is dependent on oxen drawn plough plow. But, this system is labor intensive, time consuming and its depth of ploughing is shallow. These draw backs of existing agricultural system result in insufficient productivity. Now a day’s modern agricultural machines are being imported into the country. But they are used by few organizations, small agriculture investors and few rich farmers. In collaboration with the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency, relevant data was collected on the gap of existing trial mechanisms and the need of farmers. To analyze the collected data and arrive at final output, methodology procedures followed by the researchers were; organizing the special design needs of end user, analyzing six alternative design concepts, selection of one optimal concept, detail dimensional design of selected concept, force analysis using the mechanics, dynamics and kinematics, preparing 2D and 3D drawings using Auto CAD and CATIA then finally prototype development. For the case of its economical applicability for poor Ethiopian farmers, the researchers assured that, it is low cost by conducting cost analysis. Unique features of this new design include; simultaneous ploughing, seeding, and fertilizing of multi lines, its mechanism for seeding variable size grains and for specifying their spacing, its control system relationship with the wheel rotation, its easiness to operate and maintain, its minimal damage to the seed during the process, its high level of operational reliability and its suitableness for modification based on capacity of the user. Therefore, using this machine will result in considerable improvements in productivity of the majority of Ethiopian farmers at lower cost.
Manual method of seed planting, results in low seed placement, spacing efficiencies and serious back ache for the farmer which limits the size of field that can be planted. The cost price of imported planters has gone beyond the purchasing power of most of our farmers. Peasant farmers can do much to increase food production especially grains, if drudgery can be reduced or totally removed from their planting operations. To achieve the best performance from a seed planter, the above limits are to be optimized by proper design and selection of the components required on the machine to suit the needs of crops. Need of rice trans-planter machine is growing nowadays because it unique features seeding in well sequence and in well manner. Seeding by rice trans-planter saves too much efforts of human being. Class of people who uses this kind of machines is farmers and they are having poor economic background. This paper provides guidelines for developments in rice Trans-planters used in India. Rice planting is very old method from many years ago & having long history since many years & their methods of rice planting are changed in this decade. Use of rice Trans planter machines is new trend but current machines having high cost of purchase. So the main focus of this project is to minimize the cost of that machine.
Timely transplanting of crops is essential for good yield which may be possible by mechanization. Farmer friendly and cost effective mechanized solutions for reducing drudgery and labour cost.

Computerized MR of brain image binarization for the uses of preprocessing of features extraction and brain abnormality identification of brain has been described. Binarization is used as intermediate steps of many MR of brain normal and abnormal tissues detection. One of the main problems of MRI binarization is that many pixels of brain part cannot be correctly binarized due to the extensive black background or the large variation in contrast between background and foreground of MRI. Proposed binarization determines a threshold value using mean, variance, standard deviation and entropy followed by a non-gamut enhancement that can overcome the binarization problem. The proposed binarization technique is extensively tested with a variety of MRI and generates good binarization with improved accuracy and reduced error.

The objective of this work is to assess the utility of personalized recommendation system (PRS) in the field of movie recommendation using a new model based on neural network classification and hybrid optimization algorithm. We have used advantages of both the evolutionary optimization algorithms which are Particle swarm optimization (PSO) and Bacteria foraging optimization (BFO). In its implementation a NN classification model is used to obtain a movie recommendation which predict ratings of movie. Parameters or attributes on which movie ratings are dependent are supplied by user's demographic details and movie content information. The efficiency and accuracy of proposed method is verified by multiple experiments based on the Movie Lens benchmark dataset. Hybrid optimization algorithm selects best attributes from total supplied attributes of recommendation system and gives more accurate rating with less time taken. In present scenario movie database is becoming larger so we need an optimized recommendation system for better performance in terms of time and accuracy.

Although precision agriculture has been adopted in few countries, the greenhouse based modern agriculture industry in India still needs to be modernized with the involvement of technology for better production and cost control. In this paper we proposed a multifunction model for smart agriculture based on IoT. Due to variable atmospheric circumstances these conditions sometimes may vary from place to place in large farmhouse, which makes very difficult to maintain the uniform condition at all the places in the farmhouse manually. Soil and environment properties are sensed and periodically sent to cloud network through IoT. Analysis on cloud data is done for water requirement, total production and maintaining uniform environment conditions throughout greenhouse farm. Proposed model is beneficial for increase in agricultural production and for cost control and real time monitoring of farm.

This paper describes a command interface for games based on hand gestures and voice command defined by postures, movement and location. The system uses computer vision requiring no sensors or markers by the user. In voice command the speech recognizer, recognize the input from the user. It stores and passes command to the game, action takes place. We propose a simple architecture for performing real time colour detection and motion tracking using a webcam. The next step is to track the motion of the specified colours and the resulting actions are given as input commands to the system. We specify blue colour for motion tracking and green colour for mouse pointer. The speech recognition is the process of automatically recognizing a certain word spoken by a particular speaker based on individual information included in speech waves. This application will help in reduction in hardware requirement and can be implemented in other electronic devices also.

By all these, the best mode of transport in City can be studied. On the basis of above data collected from various respected fields, we will then proceed for the Design part of urban transport system in Chandrapur City. For Design purpose, firstly we have to mark the centre of the City, when the centre is decided; we will then select the Bus Terminus. From centre of the city, we would prefer to select the routes of the Buses. One route will be for the city side like Jatpura Gate, Pathanpura Gate. One route will be for Ballarpur going road. The other one for Mul going road, then next for Nagpur road. We could decide as many routes once we get the clear idea about all data. By getting all this details, the next step is to design the destination points of Buses. Then we have to design about the Bus bays, to reduce congestion in the particular intersections or Stops of bus. After the design also can suggest for Bus lanes. Implementation of Bus Rapid Transit System (BRT system) is the main aim behind to develop transportation mode of City. The design of the Transport System can be designed with the help of various software’s like AutoCAD and Revit.

LABORATORY STUDY OF STRONG, MODERATE AND WEAK SANDSTONES | J4RV4I1012Journal For Research
Sandstones from seven different hydroelectric projects have been assessed to compare their water-related properties and engineering parameters and the comprehensive analysis has been presented. The study has been done by categorizing the sandstones in to three categories i.e. weak, moderate & strong sandstones. The study leads to four broad inferences: (1), there could be very large variation between two sandstones; e.g., here, sandstone S2, S4 & S5, vis-à-vis other two strong sandstones, is superior in all respects. (2), the four weak sandstones differ in respect of some – not all – properties and parameters. (3), none of the four weak sandstones is better than the other two in respect of all properties and parameters. (4), moderate sandstone shows higher values of shear strength parameters in comparison to all the sandstones (including stronger sandstones also) except S3 strong sandstone. In respect of individual properties, the grain density of all sandstones is similar, though their bulk densities, apparent porosity and water content show great variation. The weak, moderate and strong sandstones show qualitative difference in their uniaxial compressive strength and wave velocity (compression and shear, both); and the two are directly proportional. The study clearly demonstrates that there is no one-to-one correspondence between any two properties and parameters, but there is a diffused and/ or qualitative relationship between different sandstones, or certain properties and parameters of a particular variant.

A Line Follower Robot is an autonomous robot which is able to follow either a black or white line that is drawn on the surface consisting of a contrasting color. It is designed to move automatically and follow the made plot line. The path can be visible like a black line on a white surface or it can be invisible like a magnetic field. It will move in a particular direction Specified by the user and avoids the obstacle which is coming in the path. Autonomous Intelligent Robots are robot that can perform desired tasks in unstructured environments without continuous human guidance. It is an integrated design from the knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Computer Engineering. LDR sensors based line follower robot design and Fabrication procedure which always direct along the black mark on the white surface. The robot uses several sensors to identify the line thus assisting the bot to stay on the track. The robot is driven by DC motors to control the movements of the wheels.
The project is to ask college related queries and get the responses through a chatbot an Artificial Conversational Entity. This System is a web application which provides answer to the query of the student. Students just have to query through the bot which is used for chatting. Students can chat using any format there is no specific format the user has to follow. This system helps the student to be updated about the college activities.

Coimbatore (11.0168°N,76.9558°E) is a fast developing cosmopolitan city with large number of industries and educational institutions. The development has lead to a large number of vehicles causing heavy traffic. The traffic congestion at Coimbatore has been a major problem which causes traffic jams and accidents. The major reason for traffic has been the mofussil buses that operate in the city. Around 1300 mofussil buses enter into the city, these buses play an important role in traffic congestion. The best solution is to construct a centralized bus stand at the outskirts of the city. This would reduce the traffic, accidents and also leads to development of the outskirts of the city. A suitable location near the city with sufficient road access to connecting cities has been chosen and the bus terminus has been designed, modeled with all facilities and features.

Cyclone is the most commonly used device to separate dust particles from gas and dust flow. The performance of cyclone separator can be measured in terms of collection efficiency and pressure drop. Parameters like Inlet Flow velocity, the particle size distribution in feed, dimensions of inlet and outlet ducts and cyclone affects the performance of cyclone significantly. Various Mathematical models used for calculation of cut off diameter of separator, flow rate, target efficiency and no. of vortex inside the cyclone to design and study to check the performance of existing cyclone separator. Also new dimensions can be design with help of models. Here, in this study the efficiency achieved with Lapple model cumulatively 86.47%.
During past few years, brain tumor segmentation in CT has become an emergent research area in the field of medical imaging system. Brain tumor detection helps in finding the exact size and location of tumor. An efficient algorithm is proposed in this project for tumor detection based on segmentation and morphological operators. Firstly quality of scanned image is enhanced and then morphological operators are applied to detect the tumor in the scanned image. The problem with biopsy is that the patient has to be hospitalized and also the results (around 15%) give false negative. Scan images are read by radiologist but it's a subjective analysis which requires more experience. In the proposed work we segment the renal region and then classify the tumors as benign or malignant by using ANFIS, which is a non-invasive automated process. This approach reduces the waiting time of the patient.

This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.

Abstract
Need of rice transplanting machine is growing nowadays because of unique feature seeding in well sequence and well manners.
This will save too much efforts of human being. Class of people who uses this kind of machine is farmers and they are having
poor economic background. To feed growing population is a huge challenge. Importation of rice will lead to drain out the
economy of the country. Mechanization of paddy sector will lead to higher productivity with releasing of work force to other
sectors. The objective of this project is to design a paddy transplanting mechanism to transplant paddy seedling by small scale
farmers in the country. Hence, this is considered as an activity that needed mechanization. For mechanization the modeling and
simulation evaluated for hand operated rice seeding machine, which is help the farmers to planting more and more amount of
rice in good quality with low energy consumption and less harm to the environment. India is predominately an agricultural
country with rice as one of its main food crop. It Produce about 80 million tons rice annually which is about 22% of the world
rice production. Culturally transplanting of young seeding is preferred over direct seeding for better yield and better crop
management practice. But this operation requires large amount of manpower (about 400 Man-Hour/ha) and task is very laborious
involving working in stopping posture and moving in muddy field.

I. INTRODUCTION
Over one billion people in the world are engaged in rice cultivation, and over three and a half billion people worldwide depend
on rice as a major food source. Due to the world population’s dependence on rice, it is crucial to implement efficient methods to
increase rice yields as much as possible. Many countries have experimented with new technologies to obtain improved results.
Thailand is the world’s second largest rice exporter. India is predominately an agricultural country with rice as one of its main
food crop. It Produce about 80 million tons rice annually which is about 22% of the world rice production. We are looking to
introduce new technologies that could potentially make the rice cultivation process more efficient for small-scale farmers. This
new seeding machine is designed to provide a new planting option that will decrease the amount of seed used and lower
production costs. [1]
The final objective consisted of determining how appropriate the new rice seeding technology could be for use by small-scale
farmers. Our findings revealed that farmers had never design of the rice seeding technology. The goal of this project was to
provide recommendations of possible changes that could be made to a new rice sewing machine to better fit the needs of the
farmers. Minimizing the amount of seed used in planting and reducing the costs of planting the rice are two goals of the new
seeding technology. In order to reach this goal, we identified what methods farmers currently use to grow rice and determined
the differences in yields and costs between traditional and new cultivation practices. We identified what actions the Rice Seed
Center had already taken to introduce the new technology and determined that the farmers had no experience with the new rice
sowing technology prior to our arrival. Finally, we determined the appropriateness of the new rice sowing technology for use by
the small-scale farmers. [2]
II. AIM & OBJECTIVE
The basic aim of this paper is to study and know the research gap between the use of traditional method and the mechanized
transplanters for rice transplantation in India, along with the parameters related to the existing transplanters. In India very few
people are aware about different existing transplanter, their benefits and requirements in order to achieve higher productivity and
yield. Hence we aim to study about Rice transplanter, their benefits, requirements and help to popularize it amongst the people
especially amongst small scale labours in our country so as to minimize cost of production and have better quality of rice. Use of

rice transplanter also generates an alternate source of income for rural youth through custom services on nursery raising and
mechanical transplanting.
III. LITERATURE REVIEW
Rajvir Yadav et al. (2007) had conducted an ergonomic evaluation of six row manually operated rice transplanter. Under their
study the field capacity of transplanter was more than as compared to traditional method and average force required for pulling
the transplanter was considered to be 130.32 N for male and 145.12 N for female subjects. Martin and Chaffin (1972), Ayoub
and McDaniel (1974), and Chaffin et al. (1983) found that heights at which push-pull forces are applied are the most important
variable which hugely affects the force output. [3]
During the period of 2008 A.K. Goel et al. conducted an experiment on three transplanters namely OUAT, CRRI and Yanji
rice transplanter. Here they concluded that in accordance with the split plot design of experiments 32 hours of sedimentation
period was suitable for operation of manual transplanter while the same was 56 hours for Yanji transplanter. [4]
In 2013 Rampuram Jayapal reddy & Dr. N. Sandhya Shenoy conducted an economic analysis of Traditional SRI rice
cultivation practices in Mahabubnagar district of AndraPradesh. It was concluded that the SRI method of cultivation is
advantageous to the paddy farmers as compared to Traditional method. [5]
The required different types of information regarding of transplanting field with literature review of different research paper.
The literature review is divided into different field of analysis like Ergo-Economical analysis of different paddy transplanting
operation, performance of self-propelled rice transplanter and its effect on crop yield, theoretical development of rice
transplanting machine. This development and experiments were conducted which gives the parameters, specification, problems
arising in already exists transplanter and development & design methodology of transplanter. The unavailability of the rice
transplanter in western Maharashtra zone gave the reason to find proper research in this zone and designing transplanter. The
unawareness of use of this transplanter in the farmers which leads to makes the handy use. The research and literature on the
design analysis of hand cranked and self-propelled with the cam-follower mechanism.
IV. MATERIALS / TOOLS REQUIRED
The following materials are required for successfully assemble and development of rice seeding machine:
Sprockets
The main function of sprockets is to transmit torque through chain. There are two sprocket-one drivers and other driven mounted
on respective shafts.
Chain
The function of chain is to transmit torque from driver to driven sprockets. The chain is simplex type
Four Bar Linkage
In this four bar linkage one link is fixed and other three linkages are in motion. The links are connecting rod, lever, crank and
planting finger or fork. It is mounted on the driven shaft.
Tray
This is used to store the rice plant from where the planting finger pick the plant and saw in the ground. This tray has two vertical
guide slots.
Planting Fork
The planting fork is the main element which is responsible for the plantation of the nursery seed. It has the specific shape which
picks the nursery seed and plant in mud. It oscillates at certain angle and it is called as fixed fork mechanism.
Frame
The main function of rigid frame is to locate all the different components onto it and held it rigid so the proper function of the
operation can be delivered.

VI. WORKING
As the process is manual the worker has to provide the initial motion. The wooden plate boards are used to maintain constant
distance between the two successive plants. Then larger sprocket is provided on the same shaft with the ground wheels and hence
at the same time sprocket will also rotate. The larger sprocket is in engagement with the smaller sprocket by using the chain
drive. As the power will get transmitted to the smaller sprocket, it will rotate. The speed is increased from driver to driven shaft
as we used 3:1 speed ratio. On the same shaft planting fork will be fixed through the four bar linkage so that it will oscillate for
certain angle. As the drive is provided by the worker it will not have high speed and hence through this sprocket arrangement we
have increase the planting finger speed. As the planting finger will oscillate, it will pick the rice plant from the tray and plant in
mud. The planting fork is designed in such a way that rice plant should be easy to pick during the motion and also it should pick
during the downward motion only.

VII.EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS & DISCUSSION
The design of rice transplanter is easy as the basic machine design knowledge is applied to design the parts like shafts, bearings,
wheels, chain and sprocket assembly and synthesis of four bar mechanism which uses the standards formulas. The cost of the
transplanter is low as possible because use available and local material which leads to lower downs the price in case of mass
production. The mechanism used is four bar mechanism in place of cam-follower and rocker-arm mechanism. The availability
and use of transplanter makes us to fabricate the transplanter with minimum cost used by small scale farmers.

VIII. BENEFITS
1) Efficient utilization of resources by saving labour & cost of overall production.
2) Timely transplanting of seedlings of optimal age.
3) Ensures uniform spacing and optimum plant density.
4) Higher productivity compared to traditional methods.
5) Less incidence of disease in seedlings due to less root injury generated due to shock while transplanting.
6) Improving soil health through eliminating puddling.
7) Generates an alternate source of income for rural youth through custom services on nursery raising and mechanical
transplanting.
IX. CONCLUSIONS
The modeling and simulation of the rice seeding machine performed on the SOLIDWORKS. The Rice seeding machine
manufactured as per modeling and work satisfactorily. It will help the farmer for easy seeding of the rice and at the same time it
will reduce the time of seeding with effective cost cutting to help work in budget.
The high energy consumption, heavy pollution and high cost condition caused by using diesel and gasoline as the energy source
have been improved. The low efficiency condition caused by using man power or animal power as the traction source has also
been improved. It accords with the requirement of the ecological agriculture development. It would also help in decreasing the
over dependence of farmers upon labour for transplantation. Transplanter helps to acquire lesser cost of production with higher
yield and production moreover the quality of produced rice is also good.
