 Created and maintained a library of CAD analysis drawings for the Task Force 309 entity of Nebraska’s
State Legislature. (This engineer conducted moisture surveys within the US for public, medical,
industrial, corporate, and educational institutions using a molecular backscatter machine to measure
units of moisture within building structures. He invented a unique way for business owners and
governments to save millions of dollars in building maintenance and repair using hydro analysis in
structural soundness)
