Human Resources Advisor
All facets of Human Resource administration.
Prepare letters for Promotions, Market based adjustments, Transfers, Bonus’s,
STIP & LTCBP pay-outs, repatriation letters and employment verification.
Communicate and disseminate Company policies and procedures to region
employees.
Assist the employees with HR matters.
Organize and facilitate workplace surveys.
Prepare MR’s (Manual Requisition) and secure PO’s for HR Department when
required. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Lotus Notes and SAP.
Experience in Sharepoint and Oracle.
HR SAP Super User: responsibilities include entering change of address, change
of Banking information, and terms, etc. Assisting with PANS and IT Requests
(new hire, Leaver and promotion).
Responsible for entering New Hires in SAP, PAN for new hire, and background
checks. Experience with ADP payroll software.
Maintain HR Director’s Calendar and act on items in his absence.
Part of the new hire process – paperwork for new hires: folder preparation,
organization and filing. Review paperwork to check for missing items. Assist in
PAN/IT Requests through complete. Prepare New Hire Welcome Letters – with
email address, seating assignment, password & Lync pin. Maintain Personnel
file cabinets; all filing for the HR Department. Background checks through
HireRight. Present Orientation and compile I-9 information.
Serve as Back-up to monitor and expedite procurement of VISA’s for Projects
Dept. Assist with LOI letters and Business Invitation letters to Consulate as
needed.
Manage HR SharePoint Teamsite on a regular basis, adding important bulletins,
forms and current events. Manage HR Sharepoint Public site.
Help organize and coordinate Social events for GOM (i.e., BBQ Cookout, Family
Day and other social events that create teambuilding within the office). Assist
with OTC and annual Christmas party. In conjunction with Marketing Dept,
Social activity plans including ASME golf, OTC, MTS Golf and DIF.
Manage PowerPoint presentations. Mail merge communications.
Assist in Department Audits.
Create Bulletins for the HR Department and bulletins involving social events.
Organize and distribute baseball tickets.
Air flight tickets for HR. Organize taxi, car rental and lodging as needed for HR
employees.
Filing/ I-9 binders and DOT/Background binders.

HR Representative for the TSR “Territory Social Responsibility” Committee.
Back-up for L & D if an employee needs to register for Training. LMS experience.
