DALI Power line communication is a revolutionary technology which allows to control the DALI devices through existing power lines without additional wiring and saving of up to 30% of total install cost. The main advantage is its flexibility – it works with any DALI driver and the installer is not limited by size of the luminaire since the DALI PLC coupler can be installed outside of the luminaire.

• A device that facilitates communication of forward and
backward DALI commands through mains wiring
• Installation requires at least one DALI PLC Bridge and
another DALI PLC Bridge, or a DALI PLC-IN implemented
directly in the luminaire
• The luminaires should be installed toghether with DALI
PLC on one phase
• No need for a special driver or dedicated luminaire; any
DALI driver works
• Control of a group of luminaires connected on one DALI
