-Manage/Scheduling 10 Facilities techs, plus contractors/Front desk/Janitor’s
and other vendors as HVAC, Plumber, landscape, Electricians.
-Monitoring/Adjust/Schedule HVAC controls system.
-Monitoring CCure system Access/Creation/Deletion/Adjustments.
-Scheduling PM’s (Preventive Maintenance) on
Painting/Lighting/Landscaping/Restrooms/HVAC/Server rooms and other routine

-Ensuring set up of staging, seating, AV, and Electrical equipment for all venue rentals are
set up accordingly to safety standards.

-Worked as a Facilities Technician for Kosan Bioscience for 12 months; manage help desk
tickets, all kinds/types of maintenance including painting, furniture relocating, basic electrical
