Acting as primary liaison between the client and the service center, providing repair proposals, inspection reports,
progress reports, and any other communications necessary, to provide the best possible service for the client.

• Support shop personnel in execution of activity described in recommendations.

• Assist with and support the various safety projects and initiatives within the Service Center.

• Prepare and issue shop instructions for inspection and repair scopes referencing all appropriate repair and
factory technical specifications.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and QA manager to ensure that all jobs are completed within job
specific or general quality guidelines and assurances.

• Reconciled long standing invoice issues between Dresser-Rand Wellsville and Houston Service Center

● Perform technical service investigations to determine the root cause of customer complaints and report the
findings to the proper personnel at the costumer and internally
