 Meet with clients; promote the company and acquire new projects
 Prepare bids and follow-up on deal closures
 Responsible for reading and interpreting construction specifications and blueprints; and coordinating them
between client and contractors
 Calculate requirements and factors to plan and design the specifications of the civil work required. If required,
support the design and construction modification
 Ensure projects progress according to timely schedule; through procurement, time management, risk assessment
and firm oversight
 Forecast the cost, quantity and budget of the engineering equipment, manpower and labor
 Research, test, measure and study patterns on various elements and other environmental conditions to provide
assessments on civil engineering factors
 Ensure safety regulations and standards are met by monitoring the performance and measuring risk factors of the
sites
 Be the focal point of construction and civil works in several sites and projects simultaneously
 Conduct daily site inspections and update clients constantly
