existing). Establish construction specifications and included features for every community, based on
location and price point. Duties include estimating takeoffs, bidding, and value engineering all plans.
Setting pricing for standard options, and developing process for custom changes with sales and
construction. Maintain and update subcontractor and vendor contracts/agreements, while
identifying and setting up new subcontractors and vendors to keep pace with construction. Evaluate
subcontractors and vendors to maintain quality and cost containment. Review, revise and update the

Worked as the project engineer on an 18 story high- rise condominium. Responsibilities were writing
scopes for subcontractors and vendors, executing purchase orders, estimating, obtaining permits,
