ASQ
Each parent will be receiving an Ages and Stages
Questionnaire (ASQ) during the month of March.
The questionnaire is developed to screen young
children for developmental delays or further eval-
uation. Please complete the ASQ within a week
and return to the Director or your child’s teacher.
The center uses the ASQ because of the parent
input. We feel that you know your child better
than anyone else. So thank you for your input.
Kudos to the Staff!
The dedicated Epworth staff strengthened their
knowledge in child care by attending 3 train-
ings over the past few months.
A. Implementing Creative Curriculum for in-
fants and toddlers—6 hours
B. Implementing Creative Curriculum for pre-
schoolers—6 hours
C. Learning Center Laughapalooza—2 hours
D. Using the Transitions Skills summary to
Enhance Kindergarten Readiness—2 hours
Warm-Up
March 10 and 11, 6-9 a.m.
With the almost-ending winter weather, we are
doing a winter warm-up. Please enjoy a cup of
warm beverage, a granola bar, and visit with
another parent (AFTER DROPPING OFF
YOUR CHILD) from 6 a.m.—9 a.m. No time
to visit, make a cup of beverage and take it
with you.
Lara from the Massillon Spark Program will be
distributing information.
Epworth Nursery School successfully completed
their review to requalify for the Star 5 Rating for
2020!
