And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women. And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be. And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. 2. KAPITOLA 1
Sedmý syn Jákoba a Bilhy. Ten žárlivý.
Radí proti hněvu a říká, že „dává
zvláštní vidění“. Toto je pozoruhodná
teze o hněvu.
1 Opis slov Danových, která mluvil ke
svým synům v posledních dnech svých,
ve sto dvacátém pátém roce svého
života.
2 Nebo svolal rodinu svou a řekl:
Poslouchejte slova má, synové Danovi;
a dbej na slova svého otce.
3 Tu pravdu jsem dokázal ve svém srdci
a v celém svém životě
bratra Josefa, pravého a dobrého muže. .
5 A radoval jsem se, že byl prodán,
protože ho jeho otec miloval víc než nás.
6 Neboť duch žárlivosti a marnosti mi
řekl: Ty sám jsi také jeho syn.
7 A jeden z duchů Beliarových mě
podnítil, řka: Vezmi tento meč a zabij
jím Josefa, tak tě bude milovat tvůj otec,
až bude mrtev.
8 Toto je duch hněvu, který mě
přesvědčil, abych rozdrtil Josefa, jako
když leopard drtí kůzle.
9 Bůh mých otců však nedovolil, aby
padl do mých rukou, abych ho našel
samotného a zabil ho a způsobil
vyhlazení druhého kmene v Izraeli.
10 A nyní, děti mé, vizte, umírám, a
říkám vám pravdu, že pokud se
nebudete držet ducha lži a hněvu a
nebudete milovat pravdu a shovívavost,
zahynete.
nenávistí ze srdce, aby záviděl svému
bratrovi.
15 Hněv je totiž zlá věc, děti moje,
neboť trápí i samotnou duši.
16 A tělo rozhněvaného člověka si
osvojuje a nad jeho duší získává vládu a
dává tělu sílu, aby mohlo působit
všelikou nepravost.
17 A když tělo činí všechny tyto věci,
duše ospravedlňuje, co se stalo, protože
nevidí správného.
18 Proto ten, kdo se hněvá, je-li mocný,
má trojí moc v hněvu svém: jeden s
pomocí služebníků svých; a druhý svým
bohatstvím, kterým neprávem
přesvědčuje a přemáhá; a za třetí, majíc
svou vlastní přirozenou sílu, působí tím
zlo.
22 Neboť to napřed vzývá slovem; pak
skutky posiluje toho, kdo se hněvá, a
3. prudkými ztrátami ruší jeho mysl, a tak
vzbuzuje velký hněv jeho duši.
23 Když tedy kdokoli. mluví proti tobě,
nehněvejte se, a chválí-li vás kdo jako
svaté muže, nepovyšujte se; nebuďte
pohnuti ani k potěšení, ani k ohavnosti.
zkázy, děti moje, nebuďte sužováni;
27 Nadto dvojí zloba je hněv s lhaním;
a vzájemně si pomáhají, aby narušili
srdce; a když je duše neustále
rozrušována, Pán od ní odchází a Beliar
nad ní vládne.
KAPITOLA 2
Proroctví o hříchech, zajetí, pohromách
a konečné nápravě národa. Stále mluví
o Edenu (viz verš 18). Verš 23 je
pozoruhodný ve světle proroctví.
1 Zachovávejte tedy, děti moje,
přikázání Páně a dodržujte jeho zákon;
odcházejte od hněvu a nenáviďte lži,
aby Hospodin přebýval mezi vámi a
Beliar od vás utekl.
2 Mluvte pravdu každý se svým bližním.
Tak neupadnete do hněvu a zmatku; ale
vy budete v pokoji, majíce Boha pokoje,
Hospodinem.
7 A přiblíží se synové moji k Lévimu a
budou s nimi hřešit ve všem; a synové
Judovi budou chamtiví a budou
drancovat cizí majetek jako lvi.
8 Proto budete s nimi odvedeni do zajetí,
a tam přijmete všechny egyptské rány a
milosrdenství a on vás uvede do své
svatyně a dá vám pokoj.
10 A povstane vám z pokolení Judova a
Léviho spasení Hospodinovo; a povede
válku proti Beliarovi.
11 A vykonáme věčnou pomstu na
našich nepřátelích; a zajatý vezme z
Beliara duše svatých a obrátí
neposlušná srdce k Pánu a dá těm, kdo
ho vzývají, věčný pokoj.
12 A svatí budou odpočívat v Edenu a v
Novém Jeruzalémě se budou radovat
spravedliví a bude to k slávě Boží na
věky.
13 A již nebude Jeruzalém snášet
zpustošení, ani nebude veden Izrael do
zajetí; neboť Pán bude uprostřed ní
[bydlí mezi lidmi] a Svatý Izraele bude
4. nad ní kralovat v pokoře a chudobě; a
aby neupadl do krajnosti zla.
zlého skutku, a zahoďte hněv a každou
lež a milujte pravdu a shovívavost.
přilněte ke spravedlnosti Boží a vaše
pokolení bude zachráněno navěky.
24 A pochovej mě poblíž mých otců.
25 A když to řekl, políbil je a usnul v
dobrém stáří.
26 Jeho synové ho pochovali a potom
vynesli jeho kosti a položili je poblíž
Abrahama, Izáka a Jákoba.
27 Přesto jim Dan prorokoval, že
zapomenou na svého Boha a budou
odcizeni od země svého dědictví a od
pokolení Izraele a od rodiny jejich
semene.
