Duties and Responsibilities In India And Overseas
• Break down of different types of Pumps with different Capacities.(Centrifugal,
Reciprocating and Screw pumps )
• Changing bearing in all kind of pumps, Motors and Blowers etc.
• Having maintenance experience in Steam Turbine, Centrifugal Compressor.
• Maintenance And Overhauling of Gear box such as Oil check and Gear contact Pattern
check.

3. • Removing and Fixing of all types of valves such as PRV, NRV, PILOT VALVES,
Instrument Control Valves (Ball valve, Needle Valve, Gate, Globe and Butterfly
valves)
• Erection of vessels, Heat exchangers, Fin Fan Cooling Tower, ID and FD Fan and
Elevation Level check and alignment also hydro testing.
• Vessel Tray Fitting and Demister Pad Installation And Molecular, Catalyst Filling
Support
• Overhauling of all type of Pumps.
• Strainer cleaning and replacement of pumps, Turbine. (sulfur filter, Amine Filter,
Mercury filter etc)
• Lube oil filter replacement of compressor and Turbine.
• Conveyer Belt alignment, Silo Chute wire rope replacement.
• Pump and compressor suction and discharge pipe line flange gap equal paralysis
checking, pipe stress checking.
• Sulphur removal unit and granulator unit Sulpher nozzle choke removed nozzle and
new nozzle replacement.
• Having maintenance experience in FMC LNG Loading Arm.
Swivel joint seal replacement, Cylinder replacement, Hydraulic hose replacement and
running maintenance.
• Having maintenance experience in LNG Storage Tanks such as LNG Loading Pump
removal, overhauling and box up and other maintenance activities.
• Having maintenance experience in BOG Compressor manufacture by Siemens.
• Roller & blade replace in sulfur plant.
• Equipment&shell plate erection, welding jobs, modification work, Fabrication job et...
