• Working for AGIBA Petroleum Company since FEB. 20th

2015 (Work over rig Supervisor and completion engineer land &
offshore).

companies in workover and completion wells.
• Work in many Drilling &Workover rigs like: weatherford , shingle
bohi, EDC Rigs, DASCO Rigs, and SinoTharwa rigs, Saipem &
Sino Rigs
• Supervise and Work over many type of wells like ESP, sucker
rods ,P.C.P & W.I wells, natural wells.
• Workover & completion supervisor for all activities related to a
Workover operations, from rig acceptance to return well to a
production department.
• Worked as a consultant in many companies inside Egypt

personnel to optimize well site safety and environmental

Job description in details:
• Co-ordinate assembly, testing, and preparation for well workover
and completion.
• Checks list of workover rigs and test it before spud-in.
• Supervise the make-up, testing and breakdown of completion/work
over assemblies at well site.
• Collect all documents for well completion and summarize problems
encountered during operations and how they were solved, including
drawings of completion, making well programs & follow up rigs
operations.
• Help in trouble shooting downhole problems and recommending
ways in overcoming them.
• Supervision of completion, Re-completion, Change status wells.
• Supervision for many fishing jobs (lost well completion equipment,
cleaned out hole from fill or scales, Stuck PKR's).
• Supervision for hydraulic well stimulation FRAC & ACID jobs.

3. • Supervision for perforation jobs using several perforation
techniques like CSG gun & TCP.
• Killing operations and pulling programs.
• Set & unset hydraulic and mechanical packers.
• Test casing by using RTTS packer.
• Set plugs “drill bridge plug” & CMT retainers mechanically or
using wire line.
• Slick & electric Wire line applications (production & CMT
logging , gauge cutter, junk basket, impression block, fishing
operation, shifting tools, perforations, TBG puncher, set &
retrieving all plugs type , chemical & mechanical cutter, logging
operation & witnessing same,…………..etc.
• Secondary cementing jobs “ injectivity test, cement squeeze through
CMT retainer “
• Side track operation, Run & set whipstock in case of short radius
and drill a hole section drain of 300 m to 500 m .
• Preparation of fishing programs.
• Planning and monitoring of workover and completion wells.
• Preparing daily workover operations & cost report (24 hrs)
• Ordering of material and service coordinating material from
different stores / departments / companies.
• Coordinating services e.g . Completion, fishing tools, liner hanger,

• Drilled &completed horizontal, power water injector, horizontal
open hole & cased hole side track, exploration & development oil,
gas, water, high temp & high press deep(16000ft), shallow (1500 ft)
upper & lower completion, smart wells completion .
• Run & cemented different sizes of casings (from 7” to 30”) with
simple & double stages, with blended & light cement,
• Run 4-1/2”&7” mechanical & hydraulic liners.

4. Drilling with water base & oil base mud with different oil & water
ratio, K.cl polymer mud, Saturated salt water mud, blind drilling
with water when total loss encounter, heavy & light mud (19.6 ppg
& 7.16 ppg ) .
• Worked on shallow and deep drilling rigs, involved in drilling High
Pressure Gas wells to a depth of 4000 -4500 mts & Shallow gas
hazards.
Critical maintenance of Well Control Equipment, maintenance of
mud parameters and adherence to the safety norms of the company
were very critical to safe operations in those
• Well control procedure for water oil & gas well. Use of divertor for
shallow gas in surface hole.
• Window cutting with weather ford whip stock & milling
equipments.
• Multilateral wells using BOT window master, weather ford /smith
whip stock & section milling tools.
• Two stage cementation using Halliburton/ weather ford D.V collar.
• TCP gun perforation & smart well & ECP completion.
• Use of LWD/ MWD/ GR tools in horizontal section for steering
while drilling.
• Use of abandonment KIT with CTC pkr for abandonment of bottom
part of drain hole after drilling.
• Scab liners for isolation of any part of any hole.
• Drilling problem-partial & total loss while drilling, running casing
& cementation jobs. Stuck pipe in tight hole & formation swelling,
section drilled with PDC bit & with high ROP.
• Logging procedure in open & case hole , reservoir & the
precautions required during the jobs.
• DST running procedure, packer setting, well flowing through flare
line & separator.
• Completion procedure in-open & cased hole, zone isolation with M-
pass packer, schulmberger & baker hydraulic production setting,
wire line operation.
