Job Description
• Ability to read drawings and instructions, to install/remove, overhaul rotating
equipment or parts. Like centrifugal single stage multi stage pump and
compressor screw pump and compressor reciprocating single acting double
acting pump and compressor gas turbine gear box ect. All kinds of alignment of
rotating equipment .
• Ability to carry out precision measurement & prepare documents for repair
activity.
• Knowledge in identifying spares required for replacement, and checking
the measurements like axial float redial float bearing clearance shaft centring
free float balancing liner to balancing drum/piston clearance backless
clearance blue matching TDC BDC DBSE, Run out, soft foot etc.,
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze equipment problems, and to request
required spare parts.
• Carryout day to day plant maintenance work independently.
• Implement mechanical preventive maintenance, follow established procedures
and record all results.
• Carry out maintenance jobs on static equipment, valves, pipelines, exchangers,
vessels, all types of valves, columns ,boilers, ducts, stake, tank, flayer dryer

the workshop and again install back pump or compressor and suction discharge seal
