➢ Worked as assistant NDT and Weld inspector in Sindia fabricator(sub contract of L&T) in Reliance J3 Project for 1 year
Roles and Responsibilities:
➢ Assist Crew and ensures activities are conducted safely with no failures.
➢ Conduct Tool Box Talk prior to commencement of a job. Responsible for submission and collection of PTW.
➢ Inventory & Technical support for maintenance, Planning & Execution of Well test equipment.
➢ Handling Inspection and refacing services for drill pipe, BHA components, including drill collars, heavy weight drill pipe, cross
overs, reamers, stabilisers, subs and all completions equipment.
➢ Inspectional services for MUD MOTOR, JAR, FISHING TOOLS
➢ Conduct Visual thread inspection, magnetic particle inspection (MPI) of connections, dimensional inspection, thread gauging
comprehensive data recording of measurements as per DS-1, API or NS-2 requirements and customer specifications.
➢ Trained to inspection pipe sizes ranging from 2-3/8” to 6-5/8” OD.
➢ Quality Assurance – Review service instructions for all equipment to ensure quality standards maintained. Ensured on-going
workplace competency audits completed for all personnel.
➢ Gained experience, from the field through to management reporting with a solid technical background and experience gained in
the following areas: Web based reporting system for Drill pipe / Drill collar / HWDP / Lifting Gear and Drops Survey for other
reports like MPI, LPT, UT and Load Testing.
