I have a high level degree of written, oral and verbal communication with experience of 25 years
with a keen eye for detail. Can work efficiently as part of a team or alone to the highest
standards. Can build up a good rapport over the telephone in any aspect. Fully committed to
any given role, often working on days off on my own merit to finish minor adjustments to reach a
deadline providing top quality service to clients, always going the extra mile in order to achieve

UK Independent Medical CHC Analyst July 2015 to date
Responsible for timley and accurate analysis, dissection and extraction of information to
produce clear and concise Needs Portrayals for qualified Nursing personel.
Scrutanising all data to ensure the optimum quality of information is included, taking personal
responsibility for the quality of each case.
Managing my own daily workoad, ensuring each case progresses to expectations.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment often coming into work on days off to finish
minor adjustments in order to pass the case over to Nurses to enable invoicing to deadline to
