Innovation, Research, Concrete Trials
-The most important research, achievement of design mix with low cement content worldwide level
is the durability without micro silica and local raw material it gave 1490 coulomb permeability
resistance,
- create a design mix with low cement content less than 300 kgs/ cbm, same cement content that
used in new world trade center tower – newyork, it reach at 10 days average 58 MPa, at 28 days
gave average 71 MPa, and after 165 days get 77 MPa.
- and same mix design that mention above and without micro silica it result is 50 MPa at 28 days,
tested by standard and reputed laboratory.
- Innovate new method of curing for precast increase the strength to 40 percent after 14 hours,for
mix grade 35 MPa it gave 34 MPa.
- create new concrete mix for hammered piles for foundation gave a result of 84 MPa at 7 days.
