4. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Follow of the entire work schedule, as per the drawing and technical specification
Fabrication, erection, inspection, testing and commissioning of various piping
systems related to Petrochemical plants as per isometrics and general
arrangement (GA) drawings
• Prepare work permit and conduct tool box meeting prior to START the work.
• Ensure the completion of shop fabrication on time as per given schedule, Referring
codes and standards specification, Coordinating Shop testing activities.
• Preparation of weld map for Site condition, Coordinating piping system testing
activities, Preparation of as built Drawings, as built control sheet and other related
documents.
• Observing the potential impact of a project on the local environment and the
Coordinating and checking of deliverable as per schedule. Working and using
various engineering tools with the aim of providing cost effective solutions for the
organization.
• Prepare detailed equipment receiving plan at site.
• Familiar with QA and QC standards.
• Maintain standard of safety and comply with company’s health safety and
environment management system requirement.
• Organize inspection of equipment at the site and prepare material receiving report.
• Coordinate with other supervisors for ease and avoid any stoppage at site.
• Monitor piping spools and supports delivery status in order to provide continuous
work front at site.
• Knowledge of materials and their codes for processing piping and pipelines.
• Check and prepare material requisition for free issue materials to be used at site
for continuous progress.
• Supervise clearing of punch list items and coordinate with hydro testing team.
• Provide daily progress report to the site engineer.
