floors was comprehensively stripped out for Selfridges
Plc as they had recently purchased the building and will
be relocating their head offices to these premises. Works
comprised;
• Remove and dispose of the ceiling and grid
• Remove all tenant installed access systems and
associated cables
• Strip out all tenant installed fixtures and fittings,
including kitchenettes, reception desks, partitions,
carpets, reception desks to provide and open floor
layout.
• Take back all installed power, water and waste
supplies to landlords supply.
• Following removal of the staircase linking the three
floors, we were required to reinstate the slab
• Removal of tenant install air conditioning units
