OBJECTIVES A NET-qualified Assistant professor seeking for a position as an

SUMMARY
Have 27 years working experience (17 years as Loss assessor/
surveyor for Motor Misc, Engineering, Fire insurance claims and
Risk Inspection Engineer for 17 years to all type of industries
/institutions/organizations. (I have 10 years’ experience also in
quality, production, maintenance and other operating procedure
writing accreditation along with practical aspects in industries).
Presently working for Indian institute of Insurance surveyors and
loss assessors Hyderabad for training/education –like Study
material writing and lecture preparation for faculties. Delivering
lectures to the student/trainee’s/ licentiate surveyors/ loss assessors
also for other trainee’s in insurance field.
Organized / managed several training programs/workshops for
Indian Institute of Insurance Surveyors and loss assessor promoted
by IRDAI (Government of India). Prepared many souvenirs,
digests, journals and written articles related to general insurance
marketing and regulatory issues.
Prepared lectures/ training/study materials for training of
surveyors and loss assessors across the country. Given lecture on
training needs and its evaluation, competency development in
insurance also evaluated several training seminar workshops
through reaction, behavior, learning and results- application and
questionnaire forms/format as well.
Drafted several representation and memorandum on the issues of
insurance surveyors and loss assessors for the institute.
EXPERIENCE 10 Years industrial experience in engineering and process
industries including ISO 9000 implementation and internal audit
for quality/operating procedures.
17 Years as an independent surveyor and loss assessor with the
government PSU’s of General Insurance corporation of India. Risk
inspection for all type of industries along with the works of
IIISLA Hyderabad.

2. My basic interest in all my experience were on teaching and
writing procedures for development of skills and processes to
trainees in firms/surveyors as well as employees.
Assisting the faculties in their duties in training seminars and
workshops arranged for skill development of the surveyors and
trainees. Writing educative /learning material to the trainers for
Indian institute of insurance surveyors and loss assessors. Article
and research paper writing on general insurance sector related
topics. Presently I am fully assisting to Indian Institute of
Insurance surveyor’s loss assessor at all level right from unit,
chapter, zone and central council level.
I have taught to surveyors on various topics in training seminars
and workshops also taught to engineers of the private firms on
quality and total quality management in implementation of quality
circles and ISO 9000 certification processes.
