Domino’s Pizza, Inc. is an American pizza restaurant chain founded in
1960.
The corporation is headquartered at the Domino's Farms Office Park in
Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Jubilant FoodWorks Limited & its subsidiary operates Domino's Pizza
brand with the exclusive rights for India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri
Lanka.

India has remained focused on delivering
great tasting Pizzas and sides, superior
quality, exceptional guest care and value for
money offerings.
They have a reputation for being a home
delivery specialist capable of delivering
pizzas within 30 minutes or else FREE to a
community of loyal consumers from all our
restaurants around the country.
Domino’s Pizza, the market leader in the organized
pizza home delivery segment in India launched its
first store in Vizag on June 16, 2011.
The store in Vizag, marks another milestone in
Domino’s Pizza’s pan India expansion plans.

And they constantly strive to strike the right balance among online, on-the-job,
one-on-one and instructor-led methods.
The team includes tech writers, instructional developers, video production
specialists, instructional designers, project managers, and in-field facilitators.
There’s an operations support team, too.
They combine operational knowledge and coaching to help corporate and
franchisee stores deliver excellent operations.
The team delivers an up-to-date snapshot of how stores are performing.
SALES MOTIVATION
Motivation is goal-directed
behaviour, underlying which
are certain needs or desires.
As applied to sales personnel,
motivation is the amount of
effort the salesperson desires to
expend on the activities
associated with the sales job,
such as calling on potential
accounts, planning sales
presentations, and filling out
reports.
SALES COMPENSATEION
A sales compensation plan is the combination of base
salary, commission, and incentives that constitute a sales
representative's earnings.
The managers are given a promised percentage of the set
targets when achieved

designation.
DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL
A distribution channel is a chain of businesses or intermediaries
through which a good or service passes until it reaches the end
consumer.
It includes wholesalers, retailers, distributors and even the internet
itself.
The main product houses which supply for outlets in Andhra
Pradesh and Telangana are based in Hyderabad.
From the product houses ,materials are transported to store rooms
and further passed on to the outlets.
PROBLEMS
Operations: Large number of franchised outlets results in difficulty in
handling operations. Quality control too becomes challenging. Due to
this, some of the Dominos outlets got closed affecting the image of the
brand.
Decreasing sales in mature markets: Due to rise in health
conscious population there is decrease in revenue affecting the business
as a whole.
Low staff retention: High attrition due to the absence of proper
training & development is a major challenge for Dominos. Plus the
manpower employed is also unskilled so they quickly change jobs when
they cannot adjust to the hectic environment.

Low staff retention: High attrition due to the absence of proper training & development is a major challenge for Dominos. Plus the manpower employed is also unskilled so they quickly change jobs when they cannot adjust to the hectic environment.
