CAREER HISTORY
Career to date spent as a member of the Royal Air Force. Served in various environments around
the world including Iraq, Afghanistan, North Africa, North America, Asia and Europe. Carrying out
the following roles:
Operations Manager 2015 - Present
Managed, lead and coordinated over 60 operatives delivering sustained manpower to
ongoing military operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria.
Coordinated and facilitated ongoing training, career development and leave periods for the
above operatives.
Established and maintained planning cycles over the short, medium and long term.
Successfully managed rapidly changing situations, including shortages of manpower and
equipment.
Effectively and efficiently integrated a different variety of requirements from senior military
and government personnel.

Project Manager 2013 - Present
Delivered with project team the planned return of military equipment and personnel in the
withdrawal from Afghanistan, the project successfully achieved this ahead of schedule.
Organised an annual Ski championship for over 300 participants: initiated and secured
funding, co-ordinated logistics, ensured smooth running of event. The project was
successfully delivered and experienced increased participation over previous years.
Training Officer 2012 - Present
Responsible for the instruction, demonstration, evaluation and award of competences
needed for personnel to operate an aircraft.
Delivered training in both classroom and airborne environments, demonstrating strong
analytical, communicative and written skills, through reporting progress and refining future
training for personnel based on individual needs
Accelerated the process by which these competencies were achieved by providing
individually refined training packages in order to effectively meet very strict operationally
driven time deadlines.
Logistic Officer 2006 - Present
Responsible for the safe operation of a £250 million aircraft, with up to 138 passengers and
often dangerous or sensitive cargo in demanding and hostile environments.
