• Sophomore-class instructor for 5th
-largest of 145 Air Force ROTC detachments in America, teaching and
evaluating 45- 65 cadets per school year.
• Faculty advisor to both nationally-renowned military fraternity and campus shooting club, instilling strategic

• Developed course curriculum and instructional materials for an instructor training course, to be used in a bi-lingual
training environment at the Iraqi military academy at Camp Taji, Iraq, enabling time-critical contract fulfillment.
• Crafted team-building exercises and team dynamic lessons “from scratch”, employing demonstrated learning
principles and methodologies. Developed all needed materials, including slide shows and in-depth instructor
background materials.

• Responsible for coordinating summer military internships for over 3000 USAF Academy cadets, in partnership
with U.S. Air Force bases worldwide.
• Lead for selecting, scheduling and preparing candidates for elite program of internship deployment to combat air
bases in the Middle East.
• Coordinated with USAF bases across the U.S., pairing 40 cadet squadrons with bases for educational trips and
mentorship events.

• Instructed and evaluated 19 Iraqi Air Force officer cadets in officership, airpower doctrine and theory, as member
of the Iraqi Military Academy at Al-Rustamiyah, as part of the U.S. Iraqi war transition program.
• Multi-cultural: Delivered lesson revisions of historically and cultural-sensitive material, avoiding cultural bias or
mistranslation and averting inter-ally misunderstanding and resentment
• Evaluated, scheduled and supervised team of Iraqi Arabic-English linguists for work as classroom interpreters and
instructional material translators.
• Prioritized, scheduled and supervised the translation of 3 student exams and 97 lessons with limited critical
manpower resources and within a tight time schedule.

attack, enabling enhanced security preparedness and reduced staff stress.

U.S. Air Force, Ankara, Turkey
• Second-in-command for 14-member USAF unit geographically separated from headquarters.
• Managed contracted customs-clearance personnel who processed clearance requests through the Turkish
government for all U.S. equipment entering into, departing from or relocating within Turkey. Evaluated said
personnel to ensure contract compliance.
• Managed U.S. logistics and supply operations, overseeing $225K annual contractor-provided ground support for
U.S. military and diplomatic air traffic transiting into and through Ankara airport, facilitating logistical support to
U.S. military and embassy personnel throughout Ankara .
• Maintained and oversaw $100K+ operational budget and approved purchases. Analyzed business operations
and advised leadership on expenses and budgetary constraints and funding priorities. Coordinated with
headquarters on all matters pertaining to budget planning and expenditure, including annual expense projections.
