South Central Regional Program Assistant and Coordinator
Assist and support the Regional Director in all operations, activities, and services of the Region, to include the
administration and implementation of educational programs and presentations, networking and recruiting to expand
veteran volunteer base, build and expand relationships with educators and youth groups, and knowledge of JFI to
educators and politicians. Provide civics presentations to schools and youth programs.
Work in conjunction with Regional Director on charitable fundraising and resource development for the Region.
Provided over 12 separate educational presentations and resource development to over 40 schools. Created and lectured
four educational presentations to over 300 students to provide a more in-depth study of civics and U.S. history.
Created and provided a study on integrating leadership and character develop/mentorship program forstudents to the Joe
Foss Institute headquarters for approval. Successfully taught leadership and civic duty to (4) inner city schools and (1)
summer program for high schoolers and continue mentorship of 18 high school students, whom all have been accepted to
top tier military academies or universities.

Operations Staff
Manage the collection, creation, reviewing, and publishing of recruiting data and records for over 930 officer applicants,
resulting in 100% readiness and recruiting mission attainment. The information and guidance I provided allowed the
command to accurately and effectively make necessary changes to reach mission goals.
Overseeing administrative processing and quality assurance on over 930 applicant packages, including 229 waiver
applications, effectively guiding executive decisions on intangible characteristics of ~95% of applicants who did not meet
all requirements.
Inspected, transitioned, and trained 10 recruiting offices’ staff in ten states in the USMC automated system for acquiring
and managing CRM records, from paper records to digital, with all offices successfully transitioned prior to the required
date.
Provide assistance to recruiters in difficult markets to enhance sales ratios with great success; provided over ten lectures to
Engineering and Aviation Schools throughout the ten states resulting in over attainment of mission.
Project Manager for the Pre-Officer Candidate School training program. The program was developed to prevent attrition
at Officer Candidate School and it included both field training and educational development to over 200 officer candidates
and the utilization of over 60 staff members. Success was determined by the overall reduction of attrition and
commissioning of candidates, significantly reducing overall female attrition from ~60% to 33% in one year.

(Current) Reserve duties entail networking with local schools, businesses, and youth groups about the United States
Marine Corps and summer internships for officer and enlisted recruits. This includes mentoring high school students for
any and all opportunities military service can provide, and teaching leadership to high school students from around the
United States.
