the largest Air Group in the Marine Corps. Ensured controls, administrative/reporting procedures,
and resources were in place to effectively execute training and combat deployments within
budget and operating efficiency. Established key performance indicators, managed 10 Operations
Officers, a $300 million budget, and $5 billion in aviation resources/assets.
    Planned and successfully accomplished the largest Marine air exercise on the East Coast of the

Assistant Program Manager, Systems Engineering / Chief Engineering Officer (2007 – 2011)
Directed and managed all engineering efforts related to the C/KC-130 aircraft program, including
design and in-service engineering. Established organizational vision for 140 military, government,
and contractor engineers. Defined technical efforts and provided guidance for the development,
manufacture, verification, deployment, operation, support, disposal of, and user training for
C/KC-130 aircraft. Led strategic change to meet organization’s programmatic and engineering
goals. Coordinated engineering and risk management. Managed $110 million annual budgets.
    Planned and led a comprehensive engineering team to support Harvest HAWK, an initiative to
    weaponize the KC-130J aircraft. Overcoming numerous challenges, the engineering team
    delivered intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance weapons capability in support of
    national tasking at a significant cost savings from original proposals.
    Spearheaded the system design, development, and modification of the KC-130J aircraft Block
    6.5 (USMC) & 7.0 (Foreign Military Sales) software package.
    Coordinated development of KC-130J Emergency Procedures Pocket Checklist (PCL) redesign
    effort with convergent performance, to include successful accomplishment of validation, and
    implementation to the Marine Corps KC-130J fleet user. This redesign effort has become
    industry standard in several military aircraft platforms.
    Received Navy Aviation Systems Command Spotlight Award, Navy and Marine Corps
    Commendation Medal, and Navy Meritorious Unit Commendation Award for leadership,
    dedication, and execution of the Harvest HAWK program.
Operations Officer, Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 252 (2006 - 2007)
Planned and executed all operations and training for a 400 person organization with over $1.2
billion in assets and a $40 million budget conducting world-wide, 24-hour operations.
     Qualified 20 pilots, 13 crew chiefs, and 5 load masters while managing complex logistical
     operations, flying over 5,700 mishap free flight hours in 2500 sorties, transferring more than
     2.4 million pounds of fuel, transporting 1800 passengers, and almost 900,000 pounds of cargo.
     Increased aircrew training by 200%, advanced designations by 400%, and combat readiness by
     73%. Executed the first trans-Atlantic movement of the MV-22 Osprey Aircraft
     Awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for meritorious service.
Assistant Maintenance Officer, Quality Assurance Officer (2005 – 2006)
Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 252
Oversaw the Maintenance Department tasked to ensure maintenance quality, safety, and aircraft
readiness to support squadron operations. Established and managed quality control processes in
accordance with technical standards. Managed 220 maintenance personnel.
   Provided leadership and direction supporting 2000 sorties totaling 3700 flight hours. During
   this time, the squadron passed 20 million pounds of fuel to receiver aircraft, moved more than
