Formulate a budget data base which identify and tracked section travel expenditures that
exceeded $800,000 to ensure employees were able to travel, attend and coordinate various
combined exercise with host nation countries.
Conduct unit logistical planning coordination for thirteen exercises that cost an excess of over $3
million per exercise that included preparing equipment for inspection, loading, and transporting
which was critical in the unit success.
Successful facilitated operations and the execution of several large scale exercises involving over
4,500 personnel from other services and nations.
Facilitate the collection, review, distribution of the training and exercise employment plans, and letters of
instruction in support of the unit.

Philippines and Indonesia.

providing realistic situation awareness in determining logical decision that mitigated the potential
personnel injury.

Mediated the unit annual re-qualification programs consisting of small caliber weapons, and the
coordination for ammunition, development and implementation of ranges for various small arms weapons
organic to the unit that resulted in the increased annual training percentage for 83 percent to 100 percent.
Formulated a database that tracked all annual training, medical, administrative requirements which
identified security personnel certificates that were within 60 days of expiring, resulting in a increased
success rate of qualified security personnel.
Composed the development of over 25 training scheduled and coordination with outside agencies for
implementing realistic scenarios for over 300 individuals. The training contributed to a better developed
and more efficient personnel in all security considerations.
