NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS
LEADERSHIP – Successfully led a 150+ personnel unit level maintenance company to support over 5000
combat missions, 23,000 AH-64D and 12,000 OH-58D Flight Hours in Operations Iraqi Freedom. Efforts
enabled a 550 Trooper Task Force to function smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest
operational tempo of any Attack Reconnaissance Battalion every deployed in major combat operations.
MENTORSHIP – During 22 two week simulation exercises, provided direct mentorship on the brigade
commanders, executive officers, operations officers and other senior level leaders to enhance the
knowledge, proficiency, and ability to command and control operations of 2500+ personnel.
TRAINING – Conducted over 50+ workshops during executive seminars preparing deploying Army
brigades for major combat operations. Expert trainer in Knowledge / Information Management,
Supporting the Commanders Decision Cycle, Critical Information Requirements, and US Army Aviation
specific workshops.

Mission Command Training Program (MCTP), Fort Leavenworth, KS (July 2008 – Present)
Aviation Observer/Trainer (Executive Consultant)
• Managed the Leader Development of Brigade and Battalion Commanders and their Staff while
teaching & coaching Joint Doctrine and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP’s) for
Combined Arms Aviation and Joint Personnel Recovery Operations, replicated in computer
simulations called Unified Endeavor with a full spectrum Contemporary Operating
Environment (COE).
• Overseeing and training staff performances and procedures within the Joint Doctrinal
framework, throughout the planning, preparation, and execution of plans and operations.
• Maintaining liaison with Training and Doctrine (TRADOC) Schools & Centers, Joint Personnel
Recovery Agency (JPRA) and other Training Centers, while maintaining relevancy through
contact with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and units worldwide.

82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, Fort Bragg, NC (June 2006 – June 2008)
Operations Officer
• Planning, coordination, and execution of all brigade level operations within two weeks.
• Coordinated all matters pertaining to the organization, employment, training, and
operations of the brigade and supporting elements.
• As the Chief of Operations (CHOPS), responsible for planning, updating, and execution of
all assigned briefs and presentations as assigned by the Commander.
Aviation Intermediate Maint. Platoon Leader/Aviation Unit Maint. Company Commander
• Directly responsible for the professional development, training, mentoring, health, morale
and welfare of 158 assigned and attached personnel.
• Delegating authority and fostering an organizational climate of mutual trust, cooperation,
and teamwork.
• Ensuring all maintenance at both the AVUM and AVIM level was always executed at the
highest level without ever sacrificing quality of service for speed.
11th Attack Helicopter Regiment, Illesheim, Germany (October 2001 – May 2005)
Logistics and Supply Officer
• Coordinated at the battalion level all external and internal logistics support including
supply, maintenance, transportation, and equipment status records for a 375+ assigned
personnel, 21 x AH-64D Apache Longbow helicopters, over 75 vehicles, and Ground
Support Equipment (GSE) valued in excess of $600 million dollars.
• Development and implementation of the logistics support plan and coordinating with
supporting units and higher headquarters staffs ensuring logistics support was
continuous.
• Managed, approved and tracked the battalion budget in accordance with the Command
Supply Discipline Program (CDSP) and making recommendations to the battalion
commander as necessary.
