Andy Ha has over 10 years of experience in retail and customer service roles. He is currently a Front of House Leader at Pret a Manger in London, where he manages shifts, orders supplies, handles cash and banking, provides excellent customer service, and helps achieve sales targets. Prior to this, he held roles as a Financial and Sales Advisor and Assistant Manager at Paul UK Ltd, and also worked at a boutique in North Yorkshire. He has qualifications in art and design, business, and hospitality supervision and leadership.
