business strategy designed to reduce costs and increase profitability by
solidifying customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
• The expression Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is
becoming standard terminology, replacing what is widely perceived to
be a misleadingly narrow term, relationship marketing (RM)”
