I am a Qualified HNC Mechanical Engineer having 16 years’ experience within the Aerospace industry. I am seeking the
opportunity to challenge myself at a higher level. I am keen to take on more responsibility with a view to increasing my impact

Development Engineer 2010 - Present
Key Responsibilities:
• Currently responsible for commercial high lift flight qualification programmes
• Test implementation of flight actuators and control systems
• Quality control of parts from suppliers and in house manufacture for Measurement & Inspection Documentation
utilising the application of Co-ordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) knowledge ensuring quality of product
• Responsibility for adherence to and writing of the Qualification Test Procedures/Qualification Test Reports so the Unit
Under Test (UUT) meets the customer requirements
• Responsible for digital acquisition of all data from the UUT and presenting this information to the customer via the
Qualification Test Report (QTR) using DasyLab software
Significant Achievements:
• Completion of 4th Life Fatigue for Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) contract which involved
o 24hr data capture

o Daily “Internal Customer & Supplier” interaction

• All Commercial rig PC’s improved with hardware and software upgrades to standardise the process, increase team
flexibility and consistency of data capture

start of the Qualification programme

• I had to fly to Milan to the Aermacchi Military Air Base to wire some actuators on an M346 Test Training aircraft (one
in each wing and one in the tail) that was due to fly the next day.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build actuators for Lear Jet, Boeing, Bombardier.
Significant Achievements:
• Initially worked on a temporary contract to cover long term sickness for the electrical team. Due to my excellent
work and commitment I was given a permanent contract and asked to join the Fitting/Tester division.

I want to continue to grow my leadership skillset and show that I can work towards the bigger picture. I feel that I have more
to offer with regards to responsibility and accountability within the business. I want to build on what I have already gained
from working for Moog. I feel we have a chance to create a Commercial Development team from the ground up. I am excited
by the opportunity of being a part of a new team where there are no limits to self-improvement and growth. I really feel we
