Personal Profile A result-driven professional with aspiring progressive career, with over 12 years of
experience; having worked in different departments at Kenya Post Office Savings Bank (POST
BANK). I am self-driven, ambitious, innovative, analytical, fast learner, and pride myself as a
true team player with excellent interpersonal skills. With the unique combination of
experience and achievement in academia, I have the drive, ambition and energy to be

In Human Resource
 Management of staff Appraisals through the Balanced Score Card
 Drawing of the staff establishment: Underlining of the substantive employees in
relations jobs requirements, through staff job evaluations and staff needs.
 Managing recruitment and placement process: Liaising with ICT and Procurement to
circulate job vacancies announcements, long listing, short listing, interviews, posting
and brief introduction of the employees.
 Conducting inductions and orientation of new employees: Drawing Departmental/
sectional induction schedules and introducing them to staff.
 Managing Employees Relation: Disciplinary, negotiations, health and safety, exits.
 Managing and coordinating major staff welfare loans: such as house loans, shamba
loans, car loans, development loans and customer loans.
 Managing and implementation of the funeral policies; such as death notices,
payment of the funeral expenses and placement print newspaper obituary.
 Developing Human resources strategic plan in line with organizational goals.
