employees and stake holders
 Draft reports & presentations on HR changes for senior management

Overtime and providing insights to Compliance team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
 Was performing the role of Acting Team Leader. Handled 10 batches with Aggregate
of 90% certification form Client.
 Attending the status calls with clients to update on the target achievement.
 Capture the advisor scores against the target and publish the weekly reports.
 Responsible for one-on-one discussion with advisors on career-path
 Responsible for preparation of various trackers like Coaching feedback, Transfer
tracker, CRM Tracker, Sales Tracker, Right information at the FPOC and Repeat
tracker.
