Duties and responsibilities:
 Receiving inquiries from Client thru Outlook Express email.
 Checking the availability of the quantity and item descriptions to the
Rental Result system and in MS Excel Monitoring.
 Prepare quotation and send back to Client for approval.
 Receiving LPO from Client and signed copy of approved quotation.
 Raise Hire Order, prepare dispatched in Rental Result system and
encode manually in MS Excel for close monitoring.
 Receiving off-hire returns from Client and encode electronically to the
Rental Result system and to MS Excel Monitoring.
 Monthly Stock taking inventory and prepare lost and damaged report per
client with cost value.
 Reconciling on-hire quantities per Client by sending the summary sheets
to avoid more credit notes.
 To prepare weekly reports and submit to the Commercial Manager and
Line Manager.
 NMP Yard supervising by segregations and proper counting of IN & OUT
formworks and scaffolding.
 Weekly toolbox talk to maintain safety awareness by proper binding and
stacking, housekeeping and safe loading and unloading and other issues
with regards to safety.
 Processing hard copy requisition and coordinates to Commercial Dept.
for the Resource and WBS Code and to Project Leader for approval.
 Input requisitions electronically to the system called Causeway and
submit to Commercial Manager for authorization and to Procurement
Dept for LPO.
 Receiving deliveries and ensuring that the items are inspected in terms
of LPO, quantity, quality standard.
 Communicate to the Project Leader for the receipt of items in order them
to plan for their site activities.
 Posting into the system Called Causeway of the following Good Receive
Notes, On-hiring & Off-hiring and Equipment timesheets.
 Maintaining 100% accurate MS Excel record of incoming and outgoing of
materials, On-hired and off-hiring of Plant, Equipment and Non-
mechanical Plant (False-work & Formworks).
 Weekly costing of Plant, Equipments, Non Mechanical Plant and
Materials.
 Site supervising, identifying & segregating of rental Non-mechanical
Plant and prepare documentation for off-hiring.
 Store supervision and implement proper storage of materials in
accordance with defined method of classification, markings, traceability
and promote health and safety compliance of store lay-out design.
 Inventory of assets, taking photos and preparing hand-over to PMS.

CURRICULUM VITAE – MOHAMMED IBRAHIM 2 © Laing O’Rourke, all rights reserved PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCED Storekeeper 15/10/2006 TO 23/11/2011 PLUTO ELECTRO MACANICAL CON.COM Storekeeper 23 Dec. 2011 To CURRENTLY WORKING Laing O’Rourke ( Crown house technology ) Duties and responsibilities:  Receiving inquiries from Client thru Outlook Express email.  Checking the availability of the quantity and item descriptions to the Rental Result system and in MS Excel Monitoring.  Prepare quotation and send back to Client for approval.  Receiving LPO from Client and signed copy of approved quotation.  Raise Hire Order, prepare dispatched in Rental Result system and encode manually in MS Excel for close monitoring.  Receiving off-hire returns from Client and encode electronically to the Rental Result system and to MS Excel Monitoring.  Monthly Stock taking inventory and prepare lost and damaged report per client with cost value.  Reconciling on-hire quantities per Client by sending the summary sheets to avoid more credit notes.  To prepare weekly reports and submit to the Commercial Manager and Line Manager.  NMP Yard supervising by segregations and proper counting of IN & OUT formworks and scaffolding.  Weekly toolbox talk to maintain safety awareness by proper binding and stacking, housekeeping and safe loading and unloading and other issues with regards to safety.  Processing hard copy requisition and coordinates to Commercial Dept. for the Resource and WBS Code and to Project Leader for approval.  Input requisitions electronically to the system called Causeway and submit to Commercial Manager for authorization and to Procurement Dept for LPO.  Receiving deliveries and ensuring that the items are inspected in terms of LPO, quantity, quality standard.  Communicate to the Project Leader for the receipt of items in order them to plan for their site activities.  Posting into the system Called Causeway of the following Good Receive Notes, On-hiring & Off-hiring and Equipment timesheets.  Maintaining 100% accurate MS Excel record of incoming and outgoing of materials, On-hired and off-hiring of Plant, Equipment and Non- mechanical Plant (False-work & Formworks).  Weekly costing of Plant, Equipments, Non Mechanical Plant and Materials.  Site supervising, identifying & segregating of rental Non-mechanical Plant and prepare documentation for off-hiring.  Store supervision and implement proper storage of materials in accordance with defined method of classification, markings, traceability and promote health and safety compliance of store lay-out design.  Inventory of assets, taking photos and preparing hand-over to PMS.
