Designation: “Supply Chain Executive (Stores)”
 Co-ordinate with purchase department and suppliers for receipt of material and escalate as necessary.
 Responsible for all store related activities.
 Organizing for Inspection of incoming material for quality and inspect if necessary. Issuing material to site
execution staff as per their requirement.
 Maintain RM/PM/FG Inward and Outward Entries & Maintaining P.O wise detail and DMRC (daily material
receipt) register.
 Prepare MIS Report Monthly Basis.
 Provide RM to Manufacturing as per plan from warehouse, to dispatch FG to customers.
 Receive RM and PM at the warehouse and transfer to production plants.
 RM delivered to the plant as per plan on FIFO & FEFO Basis.
 GRN as per the Raw Material receipts in the system.
 Weekly reconciliation of physical v/s book stocks.
 Minimum Inventory maintain and make maintain dead inventory monthly.
 Quarterly Physical Verification by Internal Auditor.
 Yearly Physical Verification by External Auditors and posted in SAP System.
 Prepare RGP and NRGP gate pass for send any material for service and repairing.
 Follow all Operational Procedures and QC Standards for Receipt and Dispatch.
 All type of scrap handling.
 Awareness of EHS in Store Function.
 Rejected Material return to supplier with proper documentation.
 Maintain separate list of Reject Material, Hold Material, Expired Material, Near to Expired material, slow moving
and write off.
 Reporting to head office regarding all material received.
 Preparation of Delivery Challan, Purchase Indent.
 Proper storage of all assigned materials.
 Maintaining Central Excise records.
 To guide the suppliers in improving their delivery methods, schedules etc.
 Interaction with Sales Tax office for issuing Forms.
 Control warehousing and freight costs.
 Handling Sales tax forms like Form-16, Form-11, Form-C, Form-F, OC Ticket and Online declare road permits in
sales tax website.
 Maintain on time receipt as per required standards.
 5’S maintain according to Gemba Board.
Working knowledge of Dispatches:
 Availability of FG for dispatch to customer on time as per plan.
 Schedule different dispatches according to customer’s requirement.
 Organizing road permit and related document for dispatch.
 Maintain on time delivery as per required standards.

o Cost Saving in FG Returnable Drums to customer and using in 5 times. So, 5 times 200 ltr. Barrels cost
