This document discusses a cultural project called "Culture on Camp" organized by Vleugel F for youth movements in Leuven. The project aims to promote cultural activities and link youth movements to cultural organizations in Leuven. It involves a competition where youth groups design a cultural activity to engage cultural icon Sien Eggers.
