White horse represents: Light of consciousness / knowledge
Sword: Remove darkness which is lack of knowledge / truth or having ignorance

To understand truth is like jig saw puzzle the pieces are not available at one place.

once all the pieces together then you will be able to see bigger picture.
Sat = Truth = Light
Source :
With creation the veil was created over the heart. The absolute is in you within your heart. Objective of life is to
remove the veil, know and experience the Absolute.
“Veil over the heart" refers to a metaphorical barrier that prevents a person from fully understanding or
experiencing spiritual truth. Veil symbolizes spiritual blindness, misunderstanding, or lack of revelation.
In the context of Sanatan Dharm , "sat" (सत ्) signifies the true, real, or existing essence of reality. It can refer to the
ultimate reality, ParBrahman, or the truth about one's own nature and the nature of the universe.
Sat = Truth= Light
• Once you know the truth
you are no longer in
darkness.
• Know here means by
experiencing it.
• Truth about ABSOLUTE
• More you know Absolute
more light you are in
Truth is often seen differently due to the subjective nature of human perception, the influence of culture and
background, and the potential for different interpretations of events. What one person considers truth, another
may perceive as a subjective truth based on their individual experiences and beliefs.

Krishn to Arjun you can not see that form with these eyes. Therefore I shall grant divine vision
to you so you can see the Vishvarup. Vishvarup has innumerable forms, eyes, faces,
mouths and arms. All creatures of the universe are part of him. He is the infinite
universe, without a beginning or an end. He contains peaceful as well as wrathful forms.
BG 11.48: Not by study of the Vedas, nor by the performance of sacrifice, rituals, or charity, nor
even by practicing severe austerities, has any mortal ever seen what you have seen. Without
being anointed in the nectar of the grace of the Supreme Lord, nobody can see him.
“Of all creations I am the beginning and the end and also the middle. I am also
inexhaustible time, and of creators I am Brahma. I am all-devouring death, and I am the
generating principle of all that is yet to be. Furthermore, O Arjun, I am the generating
seed of all existences. There is no being—moving or nonmoving—that can exist without
Me. O mighty conqueror of enemies, there is no end to My divine manifestations. What I
have spoken to you is but a mere indication of My infinite opulences.”
• You are not separate from Cosmic body. Imagine human cell is just like
solar system. Cell becomes bigger organ.
• Ponder every cell within you body has intelligence and does its duty well.
• Just try to understand how many different type of cells work and do duty to
heal a small cut even. What if a cell doesn’t do its duty well?
• Same with Humans. They are part of Cosmic body and have to do there
duty well.

Jainism – Cosmic Man

14 Rajaloka depicted as
cosmic man. Miniature from
17thcentury, Saṁgrahaṇīratn
by Śrīcandra, in Prakrit
The different elements of the world space in the Jain universe are
drawn as parts of a stylised figure of a man called the cosmic man.
A statement found in the fifth Aṅga of the Śvetāmbara canonical
scriptures describes the shape of the world – loka – as broad at the
bottom, narrowing towards the middle and gradually broadening again
towards the top.
In the early medieval period, the standard representation of the three
worlds* is the cosmic man – loka-puruṣa. He comprises the:
• upside-down pyramid that is his torso, symbolizing the upper world
ūrdhva-loka – which is divided into various levels that indicate
the heavens.
• middle world – madhya-loka – at his waist
• lower pyramid, representing the lower world – adho-loka – which is
divided into seven levels, corresponding to as many hells
Finally, liberated souls – siddha live at the top of all the worlds in siddha-
śilā, signified by the white crescent moon on cosmic man’s forehead.
Madhya-loka it is the most important from the spiritual point of view
because it is the only part of the worlds where human beings can live.
* 3 importance we see briefly in this video and there separate video.
Cosmic Man - Meru
Source :
Mount Meru (मे ), also known as Sumeru, Sineru, or Mahāmeru, is
the sacred five-peaked mountain of Hindu, Jain, and Buddhist
cosmology and is considered to be the centre of all
the physical, metaphysical, and spiritual universes.
Vishnu Puran states that Meru is a pillar of the world, located at the
heart of six mountain ranges symbolizing a lotus. It also states that the
four faces of Mount Kailash are made of crystal, ruby, gold, and lapis
lazuli. It further talks about Shiva sitting in a lotus position, engaged in
deep meditation within the confines of the mountain. The mountain is
home to four lakes, whose water is shared by the gods and four rivers
that originate from the Ganges and flow to the earth.
According to Jain cosmology, Mount Meru (or Sumeru) is at the
centre of the world surrounded by Jambūdvīpa. Hindus believe
Mount Meru to be a stairway to Svarga, a heaven where
the devas reside. Meru is considered as the center of the
universe.
According to Buddhist cosmology, Mount Meru (or Sumeru) is at
the centre of the world, and Jambūdvīpa is south of it.

Meru Mountain And Link With Humans
Source :
The universal pillar that supports both heaven and earth. If the body of the Purush is the world
itself, and the universal pillar stands at its inner centre, then it is nothing else than a spinal
column. Meru Mountain, rises in the centre of the cosmic world, the spine (Sushumna Nadi) stands
upright in the centre of the human body, the microcosm, under the name ‘Meru Dhanda’. Ancient
South American civilization say everything started with Brahmdand.
Human: Spine is called “Meru Dand”. Spine or spinal column supports the core of the human
body. Dand as Mount Meru in the centre of our body. An invisible spiritual subtle body that overlaps our
physical body. Large and small nadi channels are thought to be there through which prana energy flows,
and the main central channel that overlaps the spine is called Sushumna Nadi. This Sushumna nadi is
surrounded by the spiral Ida and Pingala nadis. Ida represents the lunar circuit, while Pingala
represents the solar circuit, and central Sushumna nadi, together with the spine on which it
overlaps, is likened to Mount Meru or Sumeru within the body. This means that the human body
represents Mount Meru cosmic. That’s why most ancient religion have cosmic man (purusha). Cosmic
Body – Vishnu.
Meru Mountain is the axle of the macro-cosmos, then the spine, which is the Meru Danda, is also
the axle of our body=the micro-cosmos.
Remember 3 steps of Vaman: Human Land and Cosmos. Meru in Cosmos(Purusha/Cosmic Man),

after the contraction of God's infinite light.
Adam Kadmon, represents the primordial, unified world of light that exists before the
four lower worlds of creation. Adam Kadmon is depicted as a man, representing the
divine form from which all creation emanates. The descent of light from Adam
Kadmon is what initiates the process of separation and division necessary for the
creation of the lower worlds. In Kabbalah, before creation began, all that existed was
God's Infinite Light. The first stage of creation began when God contracted His Infinite
Light to create the vacuum. Then a ray of divine light penetrated the vacuum and
the persona of Adam Kadmon was projected into the vacuum. The soul of Adam
HaRishon ("the first man") was the supreme essence of mankind. It contained within it
all subsequent souls.

Large and small nadi channels are thought to be there through which prana energy flows, and the main central channel that overlaps the spine is called Sushumna Nadi. This Sushumna nadi is surrounded by the spiral Ida and Pingala nadis. Ida represents the lunar circuit, while Pingala represents the solar circuit, and central Sushumna nadi, together with the spine on which it overlaps, is likened to Mount Meru or Sumeru within the body. This means that the human body represents Mount Meru cosmic. That’s why most ancient religion have cosmic man (purusha). Cosmic Body – Vishnu. Meru Mountain is the axle of the macro-cosmos, then the spine, which is the Meru Danda, is also the axle of our body=the micro-cosmos. Remember 3 steps of Vaman: Human Land and Cosmos. Meru in Cosmos(Purusha/Cosmic Man), Earth and Human(Spine/Meru Dand)

Cosmic Man -Kabbalah, Adam Kadmon Source : Adam Kadmon - Wikipedia In Kabbalah, Adam Kadmon ( ‫מוֹן‬ ְ ‫ד‬ ַ ‫ק‬ ‫ם‬ ָ ‫ד‬ ָ‫א‬ , ʾ āḏām qaḏmōn, "Primordial Man") also called Adam Elyon ( ‫יוֹן‬ ִ ‫ל‬ֶ‫ﬠ‬ ‫ם‬ ָ ‫ד‬ ָ‫א‬ , ʾ āḏām ʿelyōn, "Most High Man"), or Adam Ila'ah ( ‫ם‬ ָ ‫ד‬ ָ‫א‬ ‫ה‬ ָ‫א‬ ָ‫ילּ‬ ִ ‫ﬠ‬ , ʾ āḏām ʿīllāʾā "Supreme Man"), is the first of Four Worlds that came into being after the contraction of God's infinite light. Adam Kadmon, represents the primordial, unified world of light that exists before the four lower worlds of creation. Adam Kadmon is depicted as a man, representing the divine form from which all creation emanates. The descent of light from Adam Kadmon is what initiates the process of separation and division necessary for the creation of the lower worlds. In Kabbalah, before creation began, all that existed was God's Infinite Light. The first stage of creation began when God contracted His Infinite Light to create the vacuum. Then a ray of divine light penetrated the vacuum and the persona of Adam Kadmon was projected into the vacuum. The soul of Adam HaRishon ("the first man") was the supreme essence of mankind. It contained within it all subsequent souls. Author: Hari (Sanskrit: ह र) is among the primary epithets of the Hindu preserver deity Vishnu. Coincidence? Also we see later 4 associated with Vishnu.
