Culture refers to the way of life of a group of people, including their customs, traditions, values, religion, art, music, government, and economy. Factors that influence culture include geographic conditions, isolation, core values and beliefs, and technology. Customs are the norms or rules of behavior that affect how a people conduct ordinary activities like eating or dressing. Cultural diffusion is the sharing or borrowing of ideas between cultures, which often occurs through human interaction and can be facilitated by assimilation, trade, technology, or beliefs about cultural superiority.
