(CELL SITE)
Worked for such vendors as Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia), AT&T, Intrado, JDSU, N’telos (now
Shentel), Sears/K-Mart, Sprint, Tellabs, Verizon, and Windstream Communications.
Responsible for the installation of the 7705 SAR-8 service router for all Nokia 9226 Base Station
Compact V2 indoor/outdoor cabinets.
Responsible for the installation of the 7705 SAR-8 service router for all Nokia 9228 Base Station
Macro Outdoor cabinets.
Each installation included, but were not limited to the “Top Hat” cabinet (for the Nokia 9226
outdoor cabinet), the SAR-8 router itself, power & ground cabling termination, with ethernet &
peripheral cabling connection.
Responsible for the integration of all 7705 SAR-8 service routers, which included uploading the
correct configuration files to the router cards, exchanging current HIOU/IOU cards with
EHIOU/EIOU cards inside the 9226 or 9228 cabinets, reprogramming existing T1 backhaul
parameters to ethernet, so that the router would be able to interface properly with current cabinet
technology.
Strong experience performing troubleshooting techniques to determine exact problem/cause for
failed ethernet backhaul exchange, taking proper on-site corrective actions to ensure equipment
& technologies are performing correctly.
Strong experience working within multiple types of telecommunications environments, including
Central Offices, Customer Premise locations, Remote Tower/Cell Site locations, Enterprise-
Class Data Centers and, also within the Retail Department Store environment.
Responsible for performing RTTT (Remote Tower Top Testing) on all RHH (Remote Radio
Head) equipment, consisting of fiber cabling tracing/testing, RSSI (Received Signal Strength

installation and termination.
Such work performed, determined by vendor, was to be from RHH to Antenna, for each sector;
consisting of all fiber optic cabling and equipment between the two points.
Strong experience performing RTTT at multiple types of cell site locations, such as lattice
towers, monopoles and, also various types of rooftops (apartment buildings, corporate
complexes, hospitals, hotels, etc.).
Strong experience performing troubleshooting techniques to determine exact problems/causes for
failures during testing, and if any, taking proper corrective action to insure equipment is then
working properly to meet vendor/telecommunications specific guidelines.
(CENTRAL OFFICE & DATA CENTER)
Responsible for the installation of racking and overhead framework, equipment, and cabling
(power, ground, fiber, etc.) within the telecommunications environment, performing the proper
mounting/installation procedures/guidelines as specified by vendor.
Developed a keen understanding of the Central Office and Data Center working environment,
including, but not limited to proper safety procedures/guidelines.
Developed a keen understanding of Central Office power provisioning and power distribution
units and, also responsible for the coordination with vendor facility personnel on any/all
installation, termination, and capacity management for BBFB, PDU, and UPS equipment.
(RETAIL DEPARTMENT STORE)
Responsible for the setup of Sears/K-Mart retail department store’s main computer room. This
included the installation of the network mainframe servers and routers, telecom switchboard
equipment, and in-house intercom and music systems.
Responsible for the installation, setup, and programming of all stores POS systems and
associated devices, network computer terminals, and telephone equipment.
Responsible for the installation/termination of all low voltage cabling (i.e. Cat5e, fiber, etc.) for
all such stores equipment and devices.
Interacted on a daily basis and, also responsible for detailed reporting with Retail Department
Store personnel and On-Site Construction personnel. This included, but not limited to progress
reporting, individual status updating, as well as all issues/concerns pertaining to the project.
Completed each project with 100% schedule accuracy and, also a 35% or greater profitability
margin.

3. Inventory Auditor
Worked for such vendors as AT&T, Cricket Communications, Level 3 Communications, Sprint,
Telecom Egypt, and Verizon.
Responsible for the identification and classification, as well as scanning, of working circuit
packs, network equipment, and all spare locations inside telecommunications facilities of
multiple vendors.
Responsible for the reconciliation of any/all erroneous manual inputs/scans, as well as
reconciling any differences between actual inventory and vendor inventory files.
Responsible for detailed reporting and file creation, both hardcopy and softcopy, for all
inventory materials at each facility, per vendor requirements and specifications.
Interacted on a daily basis with vendor on-site personnel, field technicians and, also high-level
supervision concerning progress updates, overall status reports, and any/all issues pertaining to
the project.
In 1999, I acted as Field Lead/Liaison for C.T.D.I. on TELECOM EGYPT INVENTORY
PROJECT, in Cairo, Egypt between multiple vendors/companies.
During this project, I was involved in the identification, classification and, also inventory of all
telecommunications equipment and materials at multiple locations within certain regions of the
country. I maintained open dialogue, coordinated with all parties involved, both on a daily basis
and in weekly summary, relating to a variety of subjects. These subjects included, but were not
limited to status, timely progress, as well as any issues/concerns pertaining to the project.
From 2000 to 2007, I was promoted to permanent Field Lead and performed all duties required
on any/all projects during this time.
From 2007 to 2012, I was promoted to permanent Field Supervisor. During this period of time,
and such roles, I was responsible for the supervision of between (3) to (6) teams, consisting of
(2) or more personnel (both company employees and temporary personnel) on any particular
project.
I trained each personnel on the project itself, goals, and identification of each person’s roles and
responsibilities, as there may have been variations, depending on the project and
vendor/customer; the unique identification and scanning procedures of all product, as required,
inventory software and, overall requirements for the project as outlined by the vendor/customer.
I maintained open dialogue with each team and daily communications with high level company
authority; I was responsible for coordinating between each team and vendor/customer personnel
for anticipated arrival/completion dates at each location; each location’s status and progress
reports, as well as any issues/concerns relating to team personnel and each location.

4. I tracked each team’s statistics, concerning each vendor/customer, both daily and site totals,
including personnel work hours, overtime, chargeable labor costs/expenses, inventoried product,
start/completion dates, etc.
