telecommunications equipment and materials at multiple locations within certain regions of the
country. I maintained open dialogue, coordinated with all parties involved, both on a daily basis
and in weekly summary, relating to a variety of subjects. These subjects included, but were not
limited to status, timely progress, as well as any issues/concerns pertaining to the project.
From 2000 to 2007, I was promoted to permanent Field Lead and performed all duties required
on any/all projects during this time.
From 2007 to 2012, I was promoted to permanent Field Supervisor. During this period of time,
and such roles, I was responsible for the supervision of between (3) to (6) teams, consisting of
(2) or more personnel (both company employees and temporary personnel) on any particular
project.
I trained each personnel on the project itself, goals, and identification of each person’s roles and
responsibilities, as there may have been variations, depending on the project and
vendor/customer; the unique identification and scanning procedures of all product, as required,
inventory software and, overall requirements for the project as outlined by the vendor/customer.
