When Dough drinks, he has violent moods, which causes him to murder others in
the neighborhood. This adds to the stereotype that all people who live in poor

going on with Ricky who is having academic problems in school. Ricky

Psychotherapeutic interventions that fail to differentiate sexual assault and rape
victims from other types of trauma victims may decrease the treatment effectiveness
or inadvertently harm participants in this subgroup. Trauma associated from rape or
sexual assault differs from other forms of trauma and treatment efficacy should be
examined in this manner. Trauma from rape or sexual assault entail symptoms of
PTSD, depression, suicidal ideations and sexual dysfunction. Individuals may also
indicate feelings of vulnerability, loss of control, fear, shame, self blame, societal
blame and stigma (Russell Davis, 2007; Regehr et al., 2013; Ullman Peter Hagene,
2014). This research proposal intends to explore the long term effectiveness of
Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) at reducing distress and trauma explicitly for adult
victims of sexual assault and rape.

Kaya et al. (2007) have recently shown the trichomes are widespread in the

My Experience With Attending An Elite
My Experience with Attending an A.A. and Alanon Meeting As a part of our class
assignment we were presented with the idea of attending an A.A. and an Alanon
meeting. After attending these meetings, I found that they were more interesting
than I could have imagined. I am not quite sure what I expected, but the
environment held a serene spirit that I normally encounter at church. I attributed
this fact, to the point that the name of God was called on often and the people
were singing his praises. Observing and listening to how people referenced or

place, how the meeting was brought to order and its format, and the insight it
provided me being a future counselor who will have to make referrals. I
participated in an AA and an Alanon meeting this week at the 623 club in
Belleville, IL. I was privy to attending the Alanon meeting first due to the nature of
my schedule. The facility where the meeting was held looked like a restaurant. I say
that because it was set up like an eating establishment with tables and chairs
throughout the room accordingly. A lady who was a part of the meeting supplied
drinks, such as water, tea, soda and coffee from where she stood behind a counter.
Nevertheless, the meeting itself took place at the center table and it was about

clear that he needs algebra, but he tries to exempt himself from this requirement. He
contacts friends that are attorneys and they say that there are no courses in his
profession that even require algebra or more specifically, college algebra (20).

In the same way Ted had lost touch with Mary, humans have lost their connection
with nature. William Wordsworth, in his poem, The World is Too Much With Us;
Late and Soon, illustrates the careless attitude of humans towards nature and all it has
to offer. In this Italian sonnet, the narrator, who is Wordsworth himself, is standing
on a grassy area overlooking the sea while wishing he could see the glory of nature
which humanity has chosen to disregard. He also expresses the frustration that he has
