Creativity is a universal trait that can be cultivated by anyone, not just those in artistic fields. It is essential to practice divergent thinking, break down problems, and embrace a myriad of ideas to enhance creativity. Additionally, collaboration and structured approaches like Edward de Bono's six thinking hats can effectively bring out creativity in group settings.
